I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

@rachealhubert74 The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?

I 100% understand what she is saying about mental health and feeling alone after children I’m in the exact same position currently but with 5 children I’ve always wanted to do property since I was a child but believed I needed money to get started I’m excited to be going to my first crash course very soon

Re the "role play" -as a letting agent and a landlord myself, I would not have someone dictating the viewing date and time to me nor would I want them essentially sub letting my property to prople that I have not referenced for a profit! Bizarre model, too many variables

Really you need a course provider either for the course or to buy the contracts as they've already had them checked with a solicitors etc
Do not buy a course, its totally unnecessary. Your solicitor can draw up a contract for you.

Hello! I went for multiple viewings but it’s hard to find a landlord who approves to such arrangements. I was told a few times to buy my own property and then enlist them to airbnb. 😒

It's got nothing to do with being open minded. Mortgage companies don't allow rent to rent plus why would any landlord allow someone else to profiteer using their property, would you?

Another excellent video to motivate the rest of us I’m new to the business and have recently been in contact with Ibby who was very helpful and supportive offered some excellent advice and offered to help me out if I ever needed it. Everyone I’ve come across so far in this industry has been so helpful and supportive unlike other industry’s. Why do you call it rent to rent? This is already a thing. It's subletting and rental property management. You're the leasing company and someone else is the property owner. That's what it is in the States anyway.
What scares me about this whole thing, I'm on financial support because I'm mentally ill and can't work due to anxiety, so I would literally have to make it work in a week, because as soon as I take the risk, I can't go back, I would be on the streets, if it doesn't work out.
As soon as I register as a business, I lose my support.
You wont lose the support until you earn enough to cover the minimum income floor, just registering wont stop your benefits
@@smatthews481 yes I will, I have checked with my social worker and many others, because to do any of this I will have to have a registered business and legally I can't own something worth more than 10000 dkk, while on benefits.
@@James_XXIY_crafts You can set the company up and when you find a property that works but only do this when you have training, you don't want to make costly mistakes, you can then rent the property out. Your benefits will not stop until you tell them that you're earning an income above X amount, you can check that, but also if you're earning an income, you can then take on another property and you'll not need the benefits no more. There's alot of options for this but you can also delay telling them when you receive income if you really need to.
@@endritmjeku22 Not telling them is literally illegal, Luckily my financial situation has changed and I am now on early retirement, now I can own a property and still receive my retirement money, problem with this type of business the Danish mentality isn't for it and the banks won't lend me the money, unless I can cover 40%, legally only 5% but because of my financial situation, even though it is steady, they wanna be sure, so in the next five years I'm gonna buy a house and make a business selling my art and when I have saved up enough money, I am going to start an entertainment business.

I'm a letting agent and if someone says r2r I just say I'm not interested and hang up the phone. The one time I did engage a R2R the guy wasted my time the landlord time as he wanted to meet him time offered £800 on a £1450 pcm property then continued harassing me to get the landlord to accept. All this is just to sell tickets to a seminar

Shame it's all dirty money and a dirty business. So many people cannot own a home as thousands use homes as a commodity to rent out. A select few become 'financially free' at the expense of thousands others having the chance to own a home which is a necessity and basic life security. Also keeps people stuck in poverty.
Where do you suggest all the young people live then that have left University accommodation? I have 2 sons in rental rooms it's much cheaper than a flat as they would have Bill's and council tax, they are not ready to buy and they enjoy the company in a shared house.
