I shallow fried as a Jamaican. But in the states I tried deep fried and liked. But then I met this skilled Jamaican and she said shallow fry, low heat and cover pot😮 . Anyway I like your technique and soothing voice. More helpful than Morristime

I've left it in refrigerator overnight with cling wrap. However the next day I take it out of the fridge for a while so its easy to roll.
