Not really. It does kind of just ruin Blob gameplay, and is an unintentional oversight that is easily exploited to completely curbstomp an already typically weak antagonist. It also can't be countered unless the person doing it actively tries to die

I had one of my players try this recently and they stuck the receiving end in our radio station so ALL COMMUNICATION was being broadcasted to the crew. No privacy. Everyones words were heard.

I think the main issue with doing this too much with bots (sentient or not) is that they are very power hungry already.

@@deimos7500 I dont think there is a variable you can grab that you can use to share current power level :( circuits dont have a component for that kind of stuff although i wish they did imagine being able to automate bots to go around the station then go back to recharge at a mech port.

To overcome the cooldown you could have different areas be connected to different assemblies, you have one thats linked to the security probes, one linked to the medbay probes, etc.
