Panelled Circle skirt using ShweShwe Fabric DIY

I will join all lining panels.
Then join all the top fabric panels.
Now lay them right sides together and sew together at the hem line. Now turn right side out. Press well.
This formula will have all raw seams inside internally. Allows for nice neat inside finish.
Just my preference.

Measure your desired length and waist.....divide waist by number of panels add 1 inch to length and panels for seam allowances
