You will learn How to Make a Double Circular Skirt | Detachable Skirt | Sewing Techniques for Beginners . I used satin with interlining as fabric . I will show the easiest method of cutting and stitching full flare umbrella gown . Don't miss it. The best fabrics for double circular skirts are taffeta , scuba , brocade or satin with interlining . I used a 1/4 small scale of mannequin , but the measurement is in 38 size (waist size: 60cm). The skirt length is 95 cm; you can make it longer or shorter. You need 4m x 2m for this skirt. If your width of the fabric is not enough, then make 4 half circles in same method( dividing waist in 12) . Thanks for watching. Loves
