But you are so right, it is true in all areas the need to pause and reflect and just be. I love lifting hard and intense workouts, but doing too many in a week left me with constant DOMS, a shoulder injury, and made working out more of a job than a joy. I will be visiting you a lot more. Thank you for making such a lovely space for your followers!

This was so good. I am recovering from covid and stil don't feel like myself and my stamina is really bad. I couldn't keep up the whole time, but enough to feel I accomplished something today. It's a step forward. Will definitely repeat this class!

It might be a muscle / ligament / tendon in the wrong place causing it to move in a weird way - it’s probably okay but if it bothers you I would see a physical therapist! (This is just a guess of course) I’m so glad you loved this one!!

Thank you so much, very nice sequence and I like that it's a bit faster than the average you find on youtube. One small challenge was that the music was distracting because it covered the instructions, which made it hard to follow. Maybe adjusting the volume so the voice is louder than the music and choosing music without voices could help? Really great session otherwise though. Thanks for sharing
i truly liked the class and your vibe is so reassuring. But it was a bit hard to follow sometimes cause some exercices were too fast and the music was covering the instructions. Other than that, i'm really thankful for your class, it made me feel so strong and good !!

yoga is a much older tradition with poses & moments of stillness and pilates is more exercise based with reps
