    Kaylie, what a wonderful practice. I so appreciate what you said about the "softness" and "slowness" being harder to do-that is totally me! But you are so right, it is true in all areas the need to pause and reflect and just be. I love lifting hard and intense workouts, but doing too many in a week left me with constant DOMS, a shoulder injury, and made working out more of a job than a joy. I will be visiting you a lot more. Thank you for making such a lovely space for your followers!

    |great class, as always. i am soo reluctant to leave a comment like this, especially because you offer so much amazing, inspiring and FREE classes, but the music in this one is so loud and i have hard time focusing on your voice. Love the class, but it's a bit sensory too much. Sculpt flows are my favs and your voice, focusing on breath and movement are enough for me. ❤️

    Kaylie how would explain what is your thought of yoga practice and Pilates mat practice? How does it differ from one another.

      yoga is a much older tradition with poses & moments of stillness and pilates is more exercise based with reps

    simple concept basic logic if life is not free why the hell would death be any cheaper it's not. So the question one may wonder is the spiritual cost to one's own soul and spirit for having lived and died to the lowest standards of quality for so many years now global pollution has diminished the quality of life to the point where today's people are living, dying and yielding the worst spiritual kickback that has ever been manifested since the beginning of life only getting worse. The polar opposite extreme to that is today's people should be living and dying to the highest standards of quality which would make each and every moment physically, mentally, financially and spiritually beneficial.     Thank you so much, very nice sequence and I like that it's a bit faster than the average you find on youtube. One small challenge was that the music was distracting because it covered the instructions, which made it hard to follow. Maybe adjusting the volume so the voice is louder than the music and choosing music without voices could help? Really great session otherwise though. Thanks for sharing

      It might be a muscle / ligament / tendon in the wrong place causing it to move in a weird way - it’s probably okay but if it bothers you I would see a physical therapist! (This is just a guess of course) I’m so glad you loved this one!!

    This was so good. I am recovering from covid and stil don't feel like myself and my stamina is really bad. I couldn't keep up the whole time, but enough to feel I accomplished something today. It's a step forward. Will definitely repeat this class!

    i truly liked the class and your vibe is so reassuring. But it was a bit hard to follow sometimes cause some exercices were too fast and the music was covering the instructions. Other than that, i'm really thankful for your class, it made me feel so strong and good !!

      No option to turn it off for this video- I’ve been experimenting with music in video as per many people’s request - not all of my future classes will have music. Most of the time I sequence to a Spotify playlist which gives an option to play or not.
