I think the best thing I like about your and Jay's channel is how you walk us through your process and tell us what you are doing/need to do in order to do what is best for the piece and your customer. The "sanding" parts relax me from a hard day's work :-). I will never be a furniture restorer but I so appreciate your devotion to your art. And Daisy is a peach and just lovely. Why do you not fill in all the tack holes? Seems it would weaken the tacking wood and the seat wood.

Doesn’t really affect the structural integrity of the chair just more aesthetics and the material covered that. 😀👍

I had never heard about the brown paper bag way of removing dust and nubs between costs of polyurethane. But I tried it on my last project and loved it.

Nice work---lovely chair. Love watching you and your furry friends! My only suggestion would be that since the red flower part of the fabric design is dominant, it may have looked better if that part of the design had been centered on the chair seat, rather than the non-dominant foliage part.
