This are algorithmic reasons, why I don't click on contents starting with: the best, the cheapest, the fastest, the lightest, most creative, etc etc. Knowing that it is absolute bullock ; )

I like this format. You have TONS of great info, but they're often too long for me to be able to sit down & watch all of them!!
80/20 principle applied to the max here. Love it

A concise format with lots of value for different topics. I would love it if you'd do more of these since it increases the chance to dive deeper into each interview in case someone missed it.

Perhaps we should also promote the virtue of creativity as a means and end for itself. I think labeling attempts as failure is harmful to even the metrics of success outlined here. Strive for a marketable brand and product if you want, but create for creativity’s sake first and foremost. You are not a failure for creating content that is unsuccessful to the algorithm. I strongly disagree with Chris’s comments that “maybe your content isn’t good.” Maybe it just isn’t generic and palatable for the lowest common denominator. Maybe it’s unique and challenging. Maybe Chris doesn’t like it personally because he doesn’t see enough dollar signs. You do not need to measure your importance based on fulfilling a need in the market. You have already succeeded through the act of creating something itself. Then build on that success to brand and promote if that’s fulfilling to you. This applies to passion projects and professional work. Your job is not to serve. It is to collaborate. That’s the future I’m designing for.
To be honest this channel lost the plot a long time ago and it’s been disappointing seeing the progression over the years. Used to come here for wisdom but this makes my skin crawl. Money, belittling innovation, and cringey slogans on hats. So many tacky hats 💀

You can't brand or promote something no one wants. The idea that you can create whatever you want and then brand/promote is the biggest misunderstanding that creatives have. If you want to market, brand, and sell your work then you have to create what OTHER people want.
If this offends you as a creator, then I don't think any of Chris's advice applies to you. He'd probably even agree with you. Just create to create, and any creation is a success.
But if you're trying to work as a professional, that isn't going to work.

A few years back, right after your separation with Jose (always a cool guy btw), I remember my friends were mocking me for not joining the beer frenzy, Friday night. Well, as I told them over and over again, Friday night at 22:00 sharp EET (Romanian time zone), The Futur is rolling LIVE.
The cool part was Chris was answering questions from the live chat and once he picked mine. It had so much value, especially as I was just starting my design career. To this day the Futur family provides still, incredible value as constant as π. It's like they are running on some type of crazy undisclosed Tesla Coil.
Thanks for the quality content throughout the years, guys! Lots of love!

✨Learned a lot from this. It's great to hear different visions and perspectives from people who got back up from their mistakes and shared their realizations. I can tell that what they're giving is not just an act to answer a particular question; instead, they're telling us their personal experiences, and how they learned from it.

I’ve put a lot of effort into understanding what a ‘personal brand’ really means. Despite looking university-level courses and exploring online resources, I still find myself struggling to grasp a clear definition or actionable steps to create one. Do you offer a lesson or course on this? If so, is it free or paid?
I’m genuinely frustrated with how elusive this concept feels and would really appreciate a clear explanation and practical steps to help define it. That kind of guidance would be incredibly valuable.

at 22:0. I’m at a stage in life where I don’t need to work for money anymore. I could give everything I’ve learned away-every piece of knowledge, every skill, and even all my art. But I wonder, is there a point where I just come across as a foolish old woman who gives freely and never asks for anything in return? Is that what we’re supposed to do-just give everything?
But then I think about your business. At some point, you asked for a fee, didn’t you? Your courses, while reasonably priced, aren’t free, and that’s part of how you’ve built something great. So, I find myself asking: where’s the line? When do you decide it’s fair to ask for compensation after giving so much?
I’ve learned that when advice, work, or art is completely free, people often don’t value it the same way. Isn’t part of asking for a fee about ensuring that what we offer is respected and appreciated? I’d love to hear your perspective on this balance.
