I watched this video and others of yours as a review after a 40 hour course and before my exam. Happy to say I passed today. I loved the easy explanations and example questions provided. It really helped to put them in less jargon.
🎉These Videos are Awesome!!! I got a Masters degree in Social Work and it ticks me off when “Professionals” feel like they need to use jargon that we don’t use in every day life. It makes it another language. Pairing it with simpler terms makes it understandable and brings everyone up to speed on the newly introduced vocabulary!!!! Thank You!!! Thank You!!!Thank You!!! 👍🥳👌
I just wanted to say I passed my exam today. Your videos have helped me so much. I actively started studying again on Sat. And passed by Wed. Thank you
AWESOME THANK YOU! Finally after weeks of searching and reading I find something that makes sense! Question though what is DRP: paced Responding? I'm assuming it's not going to be on the RBT exam but I am still curious.
I still don't understand how to discriminate between DRD and DRL within a test question. If they both are used to lower rates, how can I tell which one is occurring, OR which one to use if both are an option?

Could not have said it better, Mike! We need to communicate to stakeholders and learners in a way that they can understand. Spread the word!

Question could DRA also mean using functional language?
Functional language could be the replacement behavior taught using DRA. Differential reinforcement is great for teaching functional communication
I still don't understand how to discriminate between DRD and DRL within a test question. If they both are used to lower rates, how can I tell which one is occurring, OR which one to use if both are an option?
A DRL can either use IRT or a criterion, while the DRD will use a criterion only.
Perfect work. Thanks 🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Glad you enjoyed it!
What's confusing me is at some point you say put the target behavior for decrease and at some point you are saying increase target behavior
Hello, I was studying for your video but I have a little confusion in the example question in the DRL.... I didn't understand the answer. Thank you

The timestamps are way off
They changed at some point, we are not sure why! We are working on correcting all timestamps.
