The No. 11 Wisconsin women get in a long repeat workout on the Thomas Zimmer Championship Course in Madison, Wisconsin. Watch the Badgers compete on Friday in the 2019 Nuttycombe Invitational.
The Workout
Group A
5 mile rolling grass tempo, 6x200m extended strides
Group B:
3 mile rolling grass tempo + 2x1 mile tempo repeats with 1:30 rest, 6x200m extended strides
Group C:
2 mile rolling tempo + 2x tempo mile with 1:30 rest, 8x200m extended strides.

I'd say some serious recruiter bias going on but the coach is brunette...
i.e. xc is a pretty white sport lol. 95% of my college xc team (women&men) was like this
