      When u liv in a such country lik Canada or Sweden, Iceland u can not do without hot water, ask anybody who lives in those countries, and some other European countries that is cold, is very easy to say if u live in a hot county.

    Since I have started hot bathing, my skin started dryness. Even if I apply enough cream, it dries up. Now, I've understood where this problem is coming from. From now on, I'll be bathing with cold water. Thank you mom for this topic. I subscribed the channel to get more.

    Elderly people are always a good guide/ guardian to make feel people comfortable to follow some advices that stand as product of long professional experiences with age. So are your nice advices on the use of Hot Water during bathing. Medical conditions have reasonable effect on side effects or benefits when to use hot/cold water followed by necessary precautions. Takeway is go with Nature and do something that makes senses for Healthy Living free from misconceptions. It's a Quality Presentation. Thanks.

    This is so so true.
    I must share my experience here. For years I was confused as to why my head kept scratching and I tried various natural remedies like flowers, amla etc to avoid shampoo assuming it was shampoo and conditioner that caused the problem. It never got cured.
    One day there was a power cut alas no hot water!!! I was so hurt emotionally and ofcourse physically when the cold water touched me. I've spoilt myself too much...am from the tropics and most people have showers straight from the shower but me want hot water.
    Since that bath I realized my head didn't scratch and I tried cold water again quite reluctantly but wow it cured my problem!!

    Its very important to take bath with hot water in winter, again depends on how much cold climate is there in winter for good blood circulation.

      @The Yoga Institute I always learn from your wisdom. Thank you for being so giving of yourself to educate others. The last time my hot water heater went out it flooded my living room and cost me $2000 to replace the flooring. The past few years have been so full of TOO MUCH , that I can’t seem to handle anymore. I just thought 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ to heck with it. I made sure it was drained and disconnected it from the power source. My skin is glowing. 🥰. I can build a fire and heat water if I need to. I came from simple beginnings. And i can end with. Simple endings. Life! It just changes. Wishing many blessings for you. Thank you for all you do.

    I always appreciate your knowledge that you give to all of us.
    About this hot water issue though, I don't know whether it's true. In Japan people take hot water baths all the time except in summer. It's one of the countries that has highest longevity. They don't have any special skin issues than any other country either. How come that happens if bathing in hot water is not siutable?

    • @theyogainstituteofficial
      @theyogainstituteofficial  2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      If the skin is very healthy with good diet etc.. then the not so good effects of hot water isn't quite obvious though if watched well, room temperature water maintains skin very well to hot water.

    Bathing / showering with hot water relaxes muscles , increases peripheral blood circulation , opens up nasopharyngeal passages and makes you feel better. A hot / shower ,an hour before bed induces sleep. Please don't try to be an expert where you're not.
