Though IF it does come out it'd be great in some ways, though I doubt it'd be cheap, while if it's more than a 2.0L, we'd be very lucky to get it as a manual, and as much as I love Mazda, i and many others wouldn't buy it if it's automatic only! 😯😂😀🤘 As much as I want a fourth gen 6, with Mazda continuously refreshing the current generation since 2012, I hope it stays a reasonably affordable front wheel drive, four cylinder car, though of course a higher performance model based on it, a new MPS would also be very nice to have! 😀🤘 For example, here in Ireland, every car is too dear, but anything halfway nice will cost you a fair bit... The second gen 6 started here at €29,000, while the third gen launched at €32,000, before creeping up to €34,000 where it stayed for a long time until it shot up to €38,000 a few years ago, with the mid and top specs costing €44,000 and €51,000 now! Surely a fourth gen "normal" six would cost at least €40,000, however a RWD V6 would probably cost €60,000+, which wouldn't sell very well! Again, maybe a standard fourth gen starting at about €40,000, with an MPS starting about €60,000, would as said be the best thing to do. Anyway, we'll see what the future holds! 😯😀🤘
@@tanner1ie to strongly disappointu you, mazda discontinued model 6 from their range and there will be no more of our beloved saloon. Mazda3 remains and then they will focus on SUV only. In USA last year only a couple 6's sold which created huge loss.

I can thankfully go on the Mazda Ireland website and still spec and order one, unlike newer current generation Volkswagen Passat, which seems to have stopped production of the saloon at the start of the year, though seemingly the estate is still in production... (The current 6 launched in 2012, with the current Passat only in 2015 🤔😀...) It'd be interesting to see if Mazda releases two new models, a 6 replacement mostly aimed outside the U.S. market, while bringing out a new higher performance model, let's say an 8, when while still available Worldwide, would be more popular in the U.S. because of its'higher performance and cost... @@tanner1ie from what i know they delisted it also for Europe due to falling sales in sector saloon and constantly increasing demand on SUV. The sales still goes for this year. But it won't be available from 2023.
I mean like the car have the looks, but with FWD and just a 4cylinder with 185hp, this solves this problem, a V8 RWD Mazda 6 ( but I would prefer a RWD turbocharged V6 😬)
