He is brilliant, and a gem of a person to anyone with common sense about how to improve their health in a sustained way. I just love learning from his simple to understand videos ... How do you know it's correct? You just assume so and believe him blindly? Many of the things he said and writes in his books have been totally refuted, like the "plant paradox" etc.
