    This doctor needs to be cloned and put into every medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about health.
    He is brilliant, and a gem of a person to anyone with common sense about how to improve their health in a sustained way.
    I just love learning from his simple to understand videos ... I respect this man immensely 👍👍👍

      How do you know it's correct? You just assume so and believe him blindly? Many of the things he said and writes in his books have been totally refuted, like the "plant paradox" etc.

    I was taught that using your finger as a guide during reading is a big No-No. I can’t wait to start using this strategy for myself and when with a friend who has cognitive effects from a stroke.

    Ground Glass dentitisties 1.5 months ago, lungs, ( doxycycline & Steroid) to Strongyloides in blood work (Ivermectin 3 wks. ago) now 2 day's ago Re- X- ray lungs & results now show stronglyloids in lungs, called out to pulmonologist, waiting.
    Can't sleep, UGH!

    Improving our Memory Power is Vital, why Crucial ! Retention power comes, by giving importance2, investing in what we want 2improve in, so we must sacrifice 2 invest in it; a skill developed thru a kind of self discipline ....
    Nothing comes by easy.
    So by repeating to oneself again & again is in : Revising, exercising, training our Will power & mind to enhance memory power like an elephant - wise n' cool,
    it never forgets... has super memory, retention power... takes his tym to revert, return kindness or unkindness in gud tym.😂 ❤

    Hot bath is very disruptive for sleep. Stimulates the body and brain. It is definitely not good for everyone.

    Dr Gundry is Slow No doubt
    Bit Blunt _ groggy ... Slow ...😮
    Old fashioned...not sharp enuf
    But a good Soul, a benefactor, but again .... slow snail pace.!
    Compare him to Dr. Hymans pace ❤ 😂 ❤ 🎉
