Dave, I’ve been following you for some years. Mate, you look decades younger in the face, with awesome athletic physique, and look super vibrant. Very inspiring to follow someone who actually looks the part.

An incredible amount of education and information. The information regarding soil and the earthworm seizure is an issue that has been so incredibly destructive and hidden from the public. I read an article that said today soil is so destroyed that the average person has to eat eight oranges just to get the vitamin and nutrients of one orange from 40 plus years years ago. Incredibly grateful that we have individuals like you tackling this head on

34:03 Actually there is some truth to calories in and out and exercise for speedy weight loss, I did 7 years lower calories and extra exercise that burned weight off, I would eat one meal a day and it would be after training, seeing as how I had less calories in than what went out I lost weight and gained muscle mass thanks to the types of food I had back in the day. So calories in and out matters more if your metabolism is slow. If Metabolic rate is fast like your m8 thats in his 20's with super fast metabolism can eat 7000 calories of anything they want, and they still don't gain weight and in fact may lose weight is based on a hyper metabolism, once that breaks or you get old and it slows down calories in vs calories out is a fact sorry this guy Gundry is talking with is wrong about that.

I guess bringing up c Im not sure maybe Irish coffeeoffee amaretto with a shot of whisket cream n sugar makes me a terrorisy but on a cold day sure feels good for my mental health. IO call it warm n tipsy occasionally or is it Irish coffee? for cold weather people. But I do breathing and cold showers too as when you live up north therer is no lack of cold water we dont need ice baths up here.
''''''thats for folks in the southern regions of the usa and if we wanna take an ice bath in the winter there is plenty of that in the winter u need an auger or chainsaw and a few prayers and a tent or structure Ice house to block the wind. You may siurvive the water but not the wind chill factor that will kill you.
