    It worked! I have had continuous severe pain in my calf and behind my knee. For weeks now. I pressed the acupressure point which i didnt know about, behind the knee as you showed us. I cant believe it!! The pain lessened immediately once i let go! I flexed my leg out and i didnt feel as much pain! Thank you!!! Subcribed

    I'm going to go thru these movements and see what happens. I do have pain behind my knee but am also feeling some pain on the front and sides of my knee, too. Sciatica has been an off and on companion ever since I had a bulging disc in my L4-L5 and also I have cervical stenosis. Had both hips replaced in 2014, too. The piriformis muscle has been tight a lot and is definitely an issue, too. Physical therapy did help some with all the tightness. Arthritis is my everyday, very constant issue. I am 74 and way more sedentary than I should be and I know that's a good part of it all! Yay!! Getting to be an old lady is a challenge!!!😂 thank you and I'm subscribing.

    This was very helpfull , everyday 8 hours on the chair and my sciatica behind my pelvis hurts and if i do bigger steps i can feel it in the front tingle hurts, weekly i have to go to a chyrporacticor or physical therapy and he pushes under my knee and rotates my leg and knee right to left untill that sciatica gets back on place then i can feel the immediate release..

    What do you do if you can't do the stretching as too much pain?

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Most of these stretches are designed to either relieve pain, or at least not make it worse. However, if a particular exercise does make your pain worse, then don't do it. Make sure to get an in-person medical assessment as well.

    İ have the same exact problem.Thank you for the great video, it was very helpful ,I am going to gym, can you please advise me which machines to use and which to avoid?

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Without knowing your exact problem, the only advice that I can give you is to avoid machines that seem to make your pain worse. In general, going to the gym within your comfort level is a good idea though.

    Ugh I definitely have it. Sometimes I feel pinching on my glutes through the middle so now I definitely know I need to stretch and get those ligaments going. I also sit 8 hours for work obviously stand up here and there but I think that’s what is killing me. Time to start using my stand up desk

    I am having problems determining whether my issue is sciatica. I have had sciatica before and recognize the tingling, sharp shooting. This is a dull ache or throb, and sometimes goes from my ankle up my tibialis anterior to the knee. Also, when I do hamstring work, I will feel a tightness in the body of the biceps femoris down the tendon on the outside back of knee. Sometimes it’s just tightness behind the knee. I’ve had an MRI on my knee, since I had a medial mastectomy 19 years ago. Expected degeneration, but other structures are OK. All of this began acutely about 3 1/2 months ago after a hard, but typical leg workout. The next day it felt like my whole leg was lit up, as in everything felt really tight; rectus femoris, sartorius, calf, tibialis anterior. Overtime, things have settled down and I have been left with the above described symptoms. Not sure how to rehab, but have approached it as if I have soft tissue injuries.

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Based on the location of where you described the symptoms that could be an L5 and/or S1 nerve root issue, a fibular nerve problem (branch of the sciatic nerve)... or it could be a local soft tissue injury like you said. If it's lasted 3.5 months though, it would be worth getting checked out.

    Sir you are the best. I did the slump test and found out it is the sciatic nerve compression that causes pain at the back of my knee. I am having pain in my knees while climbing up and down the stairs and also while running. And yours biceps is amzing.
