Found this channel under suggested videos and the wife and I are addicted. The 20, 30, 40 million dollar homes are absolutely spectacular but there is something very special about these smaller ones. All 3 homes from this builder that Enes has toured have such a warm feeling to them and the attention to detail like the wood panel ceilings 👌

Wow this home was just beautiful! I totally understood what Mikey was saying about this home. It is not pretentious at all! I work in catering and have been to a few homes that are extremely pretentious, cold and intimidating. This home on the other hand is very cozy and inviting. It's so reasonably priced considering the amenities you get and the location. Great tour Enes! Always enjoy your videos!

Also, the bathrooms in this house are consistently beautiful and cohesive. I've always thought the bathrooms get forgotten about in most of the homes you tour but I was so pleased to see the attention to detail in all 9 of them in this house. No corners were cut and they each have beautiful built-in vanity/sink set-ups and not those cheap stand alone units!

The house at this price point is amazing! I don't think I have ever seen a Movie Theater at this price point on this channel. Amazed that they have formal, indoor and outdoor dining with proper guest room and office space. The lower bedroom could also be used as staff quarters. They also nicely tucked in utility stuff in the storage area on the lower level. Great Value!

I love the downslope houses best, followed by upslope houses. I also really love when they put the floor plan graphic in the video.
Amazing place, the bathrooms and kitchen designs are spot on. The kitchen/sofa area with those pocket doors, gives a very cosy feeling, loved those parts. As you noticed the vent in the laundry room, I asked myself about the ventilation in the workout room, went back to see, but could not see any filmed. If there is great, but else swapping massage and workout room would be my thought, giving a single table but airflow while training.

Can't believe the value for money! This house was simply exquisite and my dad and I loved all of it and my mum was pleased the staircase wasn't an open riser! I used to live in Toluca Lake - it only took me ten minutes to drive to the heart of Hollywood. It is so centrally located - right down the street from Universal Studios. It's a really nice neighborhood! Beautiful home.
