this house is the ultimate goal. it feels like a home, it's huge but you don't feel lost in it, private driveway lmao AND a hiking trail???? and a reasonable price considering that this house has actually everything

This is not a house, this is a HOME. Great property for those with families. You don’t even have to worry a lot about quarantine. This is so far my favorite. Btw: I would’ve made the second floor a reading area. What a dream. Love your videos and your awesome team.

I agree 100%. It's the chemistry/banter between these two that makes these videos unique. It adds a humanizing element that you can definitely feel in your chest, on top of the specialness of an amazing house.

I really like how you mention the brand when something is special, or the type of marble. And you show a lot of the detailing, like how the doors close or the edges of the vanity. It allows us to purchase or duplicate ideas we like.

Separate 3-car garage, large carport, huge guest house, underground wine cellar, expansive yards and rooms, not to mention tennis/basketball court and pool with slide? This is truly a home paradise. This is where you would like to get stuck during these times. Happy to see you guys get back to California.

For me all the other houses that they have toured are little too modern to point where the house feels like a hotel rather than a home, but this house feels so homey and fun, I really like the architecture of the house

This house is beautiful! I always love when architects add a butlers pantry to connect the kitchen and the dining room. The one thing that I don’t really like in the kitchen is the fact that the espresso maker is at head height, other than that, its amazing!

I'm a bit late with this one but...WOW! That's a lot of house for 7mil. I love it! Especially for the built in espresso machine and the nice master bathroom. Also, that basketball court is great if you want to practice anytime you want. Very nice and the price is good but just would have a problem affording the maintenance. Thanks for showing this one👍🏾

I lived in Tarzana many years ago... loved the hills. Aside from that, oddly I have to say this house ranks right up there for me. It was a premium home set up to frame the very best art collections. The house - while certainly not simple - it had an elegance that is sometimes lost when homes are thick with the modern-guilding. And the spaces seemed more livable... the living room was big enough, but not too much. The back yard looked like fun for one or for a whole family, or everyone on the block. Thanks Enes and Mikey. I always enjoy your work...
This is seriously my favorite home you all have toured. I've been watching the past month or so and THIS right here is the perfect house. There are 2 other houses I like as much, but that backyard is THE best backyard I have seen. If you even wanted more space and didn't like the basketball/tennis court, you have all that extra space to do more. But seriously that pool is everything I dreamed of as a kid

As I'm living in Europe, it is so thrilling and interesting how houses are being built in the US. I love the open, big space and modern style of LA, why don't we have such houses in Austria :( Anyway great video, every Monday I can't wait until 10pm (MEZ time) to get to watch your new video!!!

This is my dream home. It has everything you could ever want in a cozy humble abode. I'm so in love with this property.
I feel like my input isn't needed, since I am just going to echo those before me. However, this is it. I watch so many of these episodes, and I am justifiably impressed. However, this one feels like a place I could live in. More importantly, it feels like a place where I could live out. Most of the homes don't spend the time on the outside amenities - granted, they are beautiful outside; however, the focus isn't there. This home focused on the outside as well as the inside. This is a well designed home. Thanks for sharing.
Uh that house is beautiful. The spaces and colours are so calming. This would be the house where all the best pool parties are hosted. It would be the perfect place for an epic pool party.

I’m so glad Mikey pointed out his admiration for that blue subway tile in the bathroom and I agree with him. That’s the best bathroom I’ve ever seen. This is literally the BEST house on this channel. They didn’t leave an inch wasted and everything is so inviting. . I’m not materialistic by any means but I would love to have my family over during holidays to enjoy this house with me.

My jaw dropped when I saw the backyard. The water slide is such a nice feature. I love the tennis court, that would be so great for having friends over! As well that hiking trail is the cherry on top. I feel like this backyard was made for me, just not for my wallet lol

It's all fake turf. Personally I would have real grass and hire someone to do yard work, while still doing the landscaping and gardening myself. It's pretty affordable.
