Hollywood Hills touches Studio City, Universal City and Burbank on the north, Griffith Park on the north and east, Los Feliz on the southeast, Hollywood on the south and Hollywood Hills West on the west. Enes Yilmazer I loved it. The house feels very homely and it’s easy to picture yourself living in it. The back yard is exactly what I would want as I love the indoor outdoor feel and I love the views from the yard as well. I like how it is all one level as it’s easy access to the garden from pretty much everywhere in the house. Thanks for posting 👍

Thank you Enes for making my Monday something to look forward to. I love this home! I feel the price is on point with all the upgrading in finishes and the simplistic minimalist structure gives the home room to breathe. I do love the pallet choice of the developer with steel, stucco, marble, wood and cement. I love seeing homes that gives elements like this a platform to admire. I wish I was able to just write a check and make your day too.

I love smaller homes like these. You can really imagine a family living there and all the living areas being used for what they’re meant to be. Interesting to see the access from the garage goes to the bedroom wing instead.

This is definitely one of the best houses you've toured. I love the kitchen is modern and simple but the right amount of simple, I personally would add another island but it's great. I thought it was a little bit bigger but it does the job. If I had 5M$ I would get this one haha. Great job guys, as always. By the way... Great video Enes. I like all the details you give. You also always look very professional, in a suit with a modern twist. This is a very livable home. I am a big fan of black and white interiors with a lot of wood. I love the beams outside. My favourite in the home is the kitchen, almost looks like a piece of furniture. I love all the marble in this home. My second favourite area is the back garden. I love trees and this garden is so tranquil, a little piece of heaven in the Hollywood Hills. Must be breathtaking at night with all the build in lights. Gorgeous deck, the pool on the small side but very cozy and intimate. A fire pit would be a bonus.
