    Had this for lunch; was absolutely fantastic! I added cayenne and horseradish as I like the kick. Love how these recipes are so customizable!

    I see so many hacks for peeling hard boiled eggs and I refuse to try them. I think cooking eggs in the Instant Pot is the easiest and best way to make hard boiled eggs. I put them directly in ice water and then refrigerate them. When I want one they immediately peel. No issue. No making a hole in the top, no baking soda in the water, none of that. Just eggs in the IP 4-5-5. If you cook them for 4 minutes instead of 5 the yolk is just slightly less cooked, perfection! I love that trivet too. I have it and always forget to use it. I use the IP brand silicone trivet and I put 6 eggs, one in each hole, and then cook 4-5-5. So easy and delicious.

      Eggs-actly. Never pickle relish in ANY salad! I have only seen that in the US. Very strange 🤯🤯🤢

    I love you and your videos! I think you would make a great neighbor! When I cook hard boiled eggs in the pressure cooker I do it for 3 minutes with a 3 minute natural release. Works great. I started doing this because my dog is afraid of the quick release noise! I also have all your books, keep them coming! Take care! Watching from New Hampshire.

    This recipe is going to help confront my egg salad trauma lol. My aunt took me a bus ride from Chattanooga to San Diego.We ate egg salad for three days. I have never had the courage to try it. For Jeff, I will...lol

    Now if you want to take it up a notch, add a can of well-drained tuna fish (My favorite) love me some tunafishegg salad

    i set my eggs for 3 minutes, 5 minute natural release, then ice water into the fridge.. comes out perfect everytime.

    One of the places we have breakfast uses deviled egg mixture on top of mashed avocado on multigrain toast. I particularly like your method for hard boiled eggs. ♥️

    Oh, my goodness. As soon as I saw this recipe I knew I had to make it. I had a few errands to do and one of them was next door to Whole Foods. I did need some eggs. I couldn't believe WF had Thousand Island dressing. I had the rest of the ingredients on hand, incl smoked paprika. I had Kewpie mayo but I decided to use Duke's. I be in the South, baby.
    It's chilling now. I tasted it warm and wow! Also, I never saw eggs that peeled as easily using your method. (I own 2 of your cookbooks.)

    If you used a little bigger bowl, you could've put the whole silicone trivet of eggs in it, saving your fingers. :)

    When I make a egg salad sandwich, I add a few small chunks (little pieces) of blue cheese to it for a little kick and mix it into the salad. Not a lot, but enough to give it a little added fancy and interesting flavor. Not so much it's over powering though.

    This looks so good. I will try it, but I use avocado mayo, I dont like relish, so minus that. Cooking eggs in the IP is amazing, so easy to peel. Thanks for sharing this with us. ♥

    Hey, Jeff, how's it going?
    Just wanted to drop you a line. I remember you said you were addicted to beaver nuggets from Bucees Anyway, I was at my brother's house in Tennessee We stopped at Bass Pro Shops and they have something called uncle buck's Bass bites they're a Total knock off Of beaver nuggets so if you have A Bass pro shop around you. Stop in and grab some they're really good I have the same problem you have. I live in Pennsylvania in the Northeast, so there's no Bucees around, but I know we have Bass pro shops.     Do you realize you can pressure cook your eggs already cracked in a pan? Just crack the eggs into a pan that fits in the pressure cooker, pressure cook for the same time with the same release time, then take the pan out and you’ll see what looks like a bunch of fried eggs but they aren’t. Just take something and start mashing them up. Voila, egg salad starter. Now just add your ingredients and refrigerate then enjoy!

    Next time you make that crack your eggs into a bowl cover it with foil and put it in your instapot for the same amount of time. and they come out perfect hard boiled eggs you don't have to peel the eggs in. I do it all the time. for my sandwiches

    If you are just gonna just mash them up, you can just Crack them and cook in a silicone pan and just cut up with a pizza cutter. No Shells.

    Before watching the video, I thought maybe the eggs would have been deshelled before cooking them so there would have been no peeling. Then it was mentioned how that method's in the book.

    I always add blue cheese to my deviled eggs. I don't think that would translate well with this specific recipe.
