@@zr9425 It's aim is to slim and tone. For me, I personally seen results after 3 days, however, I've always had fairly slim arms, yet, this slimmed them down even more, and!!! toned them!
Dude, this routine does give you strenght. Like the first time I tried it last week, maybe on tuesday, I would last like 2 minutes into it. Now I'm on seven and half lol I don't know how I'm typing this with the amount of heat I'm feeling on both of my elbows atm haha

Hi Nina, I have done your arms, abs and legs workout consistently for almost 3 weeks and they are the most effective workouts I've done! I personally don't like pain, but doing your workouts have really pushed me out of my confort zone and I've seen fast and great results! I got compliments for my toned body and I've gotten more confident and stronger after doing your workouts every single day. I didn't even have to measure my thighs to see the improvement, it's so magical. I've never seen them so toned before. Day #2- ✅ put my arms down like 5 times, definitely was harder then yesterday I honestly think I put more effort then I did yesterday too. Day #3- ✅ put my arms down like 2 times no difference same as yesterday ngl. Day #4- ✅ did it earlier today cus I'm going to a party at the usual time I do it. Definitely felt the burn, there is a slight difference and I feel different. / Day #4 edit: yeah.. so I ended up doing this exercise 3 more times...and there is no difference, hope I see one tomorrow morning or I'ma be really disappointed 😔 Day #5- ✅ slight difference not the kinda difference that anyone can notice tho. trying this every sat, tue, thurs, of the month of june along with pamela reif's 6 min abs! week 1: ✅ my elbows burned a ton but it felt really nice after! week 2: ✅ i already see results!! before, when i wore tank tops, the fat around my armpits was very visible but now it is barely noticeable already! i'm so amazed but i will keep going! ( the ab workout was really fun aswell and i've done it for a long time so i have visible ab lines but i still want to get more toned and strengthen my muscles! 💪 week 3: ✔️ this workout is INSANELY effective and it burns so badly!
I’m doing both parts Rn + 100 crunches, 30 leg raises and 40 mountain climbers + 40 sec plank, Results I’ve seen from this workout, I’ve been doing this for 5 days, Stronger arms I’m able to do these so much more easier since these do help thin the biceps and also to help build muscle in your arms, My biceps generally seem thinner my beceps are kind of round and chubby not rlly that big, but they seem like 1 inch smaller and I’m loving it! I’m gonna do this for another week or two so I’ll be even more happy with my arms! I’m rlly happy to see how much more results I can get since these do give you MANY results if you do these consistently and do both parts. I’m also Doing my own workouts too

Ok so apparently people have been seeing results in 3 days , so I will try this workout ... I started from yesterday ( I do the workout once a day without any other workouts )

i really love the exercises she shows because they are not difficult but they really work
been doing this for almost 3 weeks together with 7 mins extreme arm burn of holly dolke and 10 mins collarbone of emi wong... the results are amazing! my collarbones are just popping out and my shoulders are more define. my arm fat has been decreased dramastically as well. i am now seeing some muscles 🥰

week 1: ✅ my elbows burned a ton but it felt really nice after!
week 2: ✅ i already see results!! before, when i wore tank tops, the fat around my armpits was very visible but now it is barely noticeable already! i'm so amazed but i will keep going! ( the ab workout was really fun aswell and i've done it for a long time so i have visible ab lines but i still want to get more toned and strengthen my muscles! 💪

Results I’ve seen from this workout, I’ve been doing this for 5 days,
Stronger arms I’m able to do these so much more easier since these do help thin the biceps and also to help build muscle in your arms,
My biceps generally seem thinner my beceps are kind of round and chubby not rlly that big, but they seem like 1 inch smaller and I’m loving it! I'm going to keep doing this as long as I can. (by the way I have pronation and supination problems of both of my elbows and hands bilaterally, suffering from little pain when moving my arms. - so I had SOME changes to the workout, not much). If I was able to do it, you can as well!! Also my arms are quite fat lol, so I think itll take some time to see proper changes.
