Alright I’m gonna try it, my whole life I have been very slim but my legs are a lot bigger then the rest of my body. Even when I was little they were bigger than my peers legs. it’s not impossible! u cant spot reducing fat, which sucks (i know first hand). to have thinner thighs, try doing first a hiit/cardio workout and THEN a leg workout! by doing cardio, you’ll be loosing fat everywhere, and with the leg workout it’ll speed up the process!! remember, results come different for everyone, so if you don’t see it immediately or within 2-3 weeks it’s normal! just keep going

Alright I’m gonna try it, my whole life I have been very slim but my legs are a lot bigger then the rest of my body. Even when I was little they were bigger than my peers legs. (I’ll try my best to finish it) Dream is to have 16 inch legs but for now 19 inches will be good :)

Day2 I woke up and my legs were super sore (still 21 1/2)super sore legs
Day3 my legs felt super goood I got a few complements about my legs I’ll measure them soon they are at 21 inches
Day4 they are officially 20 inches
Day5 my legs are not that sore superizingly (they are still 20 inches)
Day6 still going gonna measure tomorrow
Day7 too tired
Day8 doing today!! But gonna measure first 20 inches gonna try a new work out as well I don’t feel like this one is doing much

it’s not impossible! u cant spot reducing fat, which sucks (i know first hand). to have thinner thighs, try doing first a hiit/cardio workout and THEN a leg workout! by doing cardio, you’ll be loosing fat everywhere, and with the leg workout it’ll speed up the process!! remember, results come different for everyone, so if you don’t see it immediately or within 2-3 weeks it’s normal! just keep going
