08/21/24 Doing this all the way until my figure skating competition on October 25! I’ll give random updates here and there, remind me! 09/09/24 my stomach already looks a lot more defined! I can see the faint outline of abs I got first place!!! And I have pretty toned abs now, I’m surprised I could keep up with it!

I got 1st, I’d like to note though, the abs even with doing this everyday are very hard to maintain, I do like 15 hours of cardio a week on top of this (because of my skating) I’m not sure how realistic it is for someone to be able to maintain who isn’t an athlete

Try to use your core as much as possible, keep your chin down, and support your head. Neck pain from workouts is caused from relying on the neck too much to complete the exercises.
