I used to live in Moscow and I just saw something watching this that could be important. When you leave their house(out the front door) and turn right and go up that hill leading into the trees...cresting the hill and over is just a short run to the frat house where the party was! Why dont they get ultra violet light and track that route to see if there is blood on the ground from his shoes. Because you know he got it on them without a doubt. If there isnt then you know he didnt come or go that way!..

    • @wishingb5859

It does seem that there could be a connection to this.previous event doesn't it? Being that it was some time ago, it could be that the same person could have been escalating in their anger or rage, leading up to killing 4 students in the house. But the big question is why these students? What did they do to him , or what did the perp believe they did to him? I still feel that some kind of perceives rejection maybe the perp is a failed student, a person who resented their success.

There was a similar type of crime not to far from this scene before this crime took place. A couple were asleep in their bed when a man broke into their home armed with a knife at around 3am. Also a dog was found deceased and skinned weeks before this crime took place. I havent yet watched your entire video so I dont know if you've already mentioned this but it seems a little suspicious, could be related?

I was looking at Google Maps aerial view of 1122 King Rd, Moscow, Idaho.
First, though it appears from the news imagery that the property is backed by woods, it is not. There is a narrow area of trees behind it and behind that is Queen Rd.
Second, that balcony appears to be diagonal to the rest of the building so might have been accessed from 2 angles.
Third, that balcony is low to the ground. I think that at some points I could have climbed up there myself with a bit of determination and I'm a small 63 year old woman - so no big deal for a young man.
Fourth, sliding glass doors can have locking and closing issues. Even if they were locked he might had easy access with minimal fidgeting

My input as former 911 Operator years ago on the East Coast before I entered my career where I handled likely more calls of homicides pre, during and after they did in Idaho. AND POSSIBIKITY WHY DISPATCHED AS UNCONCIOUS (comment I see a lot)
Accuracy is *normally* lost in translation w what we understand the caller to be saying depending on their level of stress.
My first experience at that (6 months in) a woman called in screaming & terribly incoherent. I was able to REPEATEDLY confirm 'someone' was choaking, either their 6 year old son or older male youth & it was unclear if someone had choaked them or they were assaulted. Sent emt/fire (volunteer fire dpt some came frm theory home at 1 am) INCLUDING police to secure it was safe for medical.
🙄 her 6 year old dog. I was nicknamed Lassie until I moved on.
*this is why our 911 calls aren't picked apart in court, but rather if clear used but not to the detriment of an operator doing their diligence*
Imagine the scene of someone arriving to see whats up, grabbing ines phone while trying ti report it, given directions to check for life, do CPR, with 2 girls hysterical and concern a danger remains in the home.

True crime unraveled. I second your thoughts. I also was a911 dispatcher, as well as a firefighter/EMT. We had a call a young man was screaming “it’s on fire” and that’s all I could get out of him besides his address. So I sent it out as a structure fire (maximum response). Turns out the genius wanted to dye his pubic hair and used straight bleach. But yeah, sometimes you just have to guess if you aren’t getting all the info.

So, what was the motive for killing these kids? None of the girls were assaulted. To me, that would be motive #1 for breaking into a home where females lives. Granted, Ethan was there, but if the person is a stranger, why kill four people? Why not just leave if the plan was overthrown? They were all asleep, right? I’m sure this person tried to cover their face. These kids had to have been in their beds. That’s how LE determine they were sleeping. I don’t understand the sheer overkill to all of this. To me it sounds like someone who was belittled or bullied by this group. I’m not victim blaming, but this attack was built on anger and aggression. Anger and aggression that has been building up for a long time. Someone had it in for just this group of four. I’d be interested to know if they made enemies.
