Then, he said to Xana that he was going to help her so she wouldn’t scream.

Just missed the live stream and catching up now, so apologies if this was already addressed, but I would love y'alls insight about Kohberger possibly knowing and then framing Brent Kopacka. Great show! Thanks!
Kopacka was 36 years old and military veteran who suffered severe PTSD. It could be Kopacka framed KB. Kopacka worked in Moscow for the college it the IT department. What k7nd of car did Kopacka drive?
A lot of possibilities I hadn’t thought of until watching your take. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us. I feel like there are going to be lots of surprises when we finally learn more from official sources.
I agree. Wouldn’t it be traced back to his card too if he ordered it? I wonder if he had multiple females he was stalking and his car movements that night was him driving past their houses to see what was going on, who was home, who was awake etc. ultimately choosing his target at the king rd house? I only wonder because when he leaves his apt, he’s caught on cctv footage going the opposite direction on the street that’s he’d take to Moscow, then he circles around an area of houses in a neighborhood not far from his apartment, then gets back on the street going the direction he’d need to go to get to Moscow.
I think that your theories are very probable. Thank you for sharing I have had exactly the same thoughts. Maybe he did make the door dash order. Love you and Karen. Praying God blesses you for what you do and for helping and supporting all the families you do. 💜💜💜
Better question... did the door dash person actually pass Brian in his car... did he see him. One reason certain things are still sealed is because the door dash person is a witness to the fact Brian WAS IN THE AREA AT THAT TIME... They can put the girls in protection but not the door dash person...

Because of the video camera audio at 4:17, and Xana being awake at 4:12, and the figure walking past D.M. room to the sliding door, it's obvious Kaylee and Maddie were the first victims. D.M. would have mentioned she saw him coming down the stairs.

If he shows up at house about 4:04 and Dana is on TikTok until 4:12, he killed upstairs first. He didn't chit chat or bargain w her while she was on internet, obviously.
I could be misunderstanding, but according to what I gathered from the Jack in the Box website, they deliver until 30min before closing, which would’ve been 3:30AM that night. It isn’t 30min away, so could it have gotten there sooner than was approximated in the affidavit? Or was the driver waiting around with it for a bit to deliver it at 4? Was he having trouble finding the address? I wish they would’ve put more details in there about the doordash situation. Hopefully we will find out eventually.
I’m just listening to the replay & I’m so sorry but I have to disagree with BK possibly pre-ordering Dana’s food because You have to pre-pay online & it would be beyond too simple to track who paid for the food, using DoorDash.
I believe that Ethan and Xana were killed/mortally wounded first. Then he went upstairs and killed K and M. On his way down, I believe that he heard Xana crying and went back in there to finish her off. Xana and Maddie worked at the same place. Everyone believes that his focus was Kaylee and I do think she was a stalking target, I think all of the girls were. Righty or wrongly, Dylan waiting 8 hours to call the police troubles me no matter how I try to be sympathetic to her. It bothers me that the other roommate seems oblivious for 7+ hours so Dylan didn’t alert her by text or call. Unsettling. Then these same traumatized DM and roommate call over students before the police. It’s all very unsettling behavior even for college students.
I personally am not thinking Bk called the DoorDash in. That would create a situation where people would be woken up. It’s possible thsts an older bag and the order was for another restaurant- or possibly she ordered it for 4 because Ethan was going to be leaving around thst time and they could eat together before he went home. I have wondered if the “there’s someone here” was referring to seeing the headlights and knock of the DoorDash.
I totally feel this was real good investigating... Never knew the part about the last order had to be at 2:45.. that you could pre order your food..This is REALgood work.. I have not heard this yet..Great job guys...Total mind blown...Makes more sense now
info about being a DoorDash delivery driver. The delivery person does not get to choose a specific address ~ they have 45 seconds to “accept” an offer to deliver or deny. They don’t even get to see the address: “The Dasher cannot see the end location for the order. They only receive: The restaurant’s name, Order total, Total tip. This setting ensures that there is no discrimination from orders.” You can search this info up on how being a door dash driver “dasher” works and their rules. DoorDash assigns orders to drivers based on their proximity to the restaurant. DoorDash sends delivery offers to drivers who have the highest rankings and who are the closest in proximity to the delivery address first~ basically, if a driver has good reviews and has been around as a driver for longer, they will get the offer to deliver before a newer dash driver would. Unless, they are already too busy.
So do you think the door dash driver could have been a regular drop off guy for the house and the instructions could be to deliver to the back door? Do they even do that, maybe for their regular customers?
DoorDash (company) also must have access to the drivers GPS. They know exactly where the driver is: when they arrive, when they leave. Ect. When a dasher goes to work, they enable their app with navigation and updates are sent to customers as far as the drivers location, it’s extremely precise. A customer can see the second the driver is pulling into their house because the customer also has access to the drivers GPS location. With google maps. The customer won’t know the drivers locations once they drop off, but the company will as long as the dasher is working.
@@Kimberlea61 I don’t it was to gain entry, but a plan to pose another suspect. Maybe why he was making so many passes beforehand waiting. He knew it was coming because he placed it. Maybe farfetched…. But, the timing of him going in right after that when he was stalking for 20 min is very strange.
Super analysis of the DD delivery, and timeline. So much activity in the house between 4-4:30. If he didn’t set up the delivery, he surely knew the guy was there, and people were awake. Not at all the scenario we were first told of, that people were killed in their sleep, in their beds. It’s just so bizarre.
You messed up at 1st. D said everyone was in their room or asleep by 4am, not 2am like you stated. I think they all got in by 2am and visited, stayed up, then all went to bed by 4am. Xana made sure and order by 2:45
One more comment. We only know a very small amount of the evidence they have. Just imagine what they could have now after the search warrant on his apartment and the car. That car is probably a treasure trove of evidence. He can spray and wipe and vacuum, but if Bryan is the guy and he got back into that Elantra after brutally killing 4 people... I guarantee they are going to find blood evidence.
What if it wasn’t Kaylee playing with the dog? Maybe it was the suspect killing Kaylee and Maddie. Did DM hear kaylee’s voice playing with the dog OR did she hear wrestling sounds that could be mistaken for someone playing with the dog.
No we do not know xana is awake! Just because her phone was on tiktok does not mean she had to be awake. I sleep all the time with my phone still on social media.
This conversation certainly gave food for thought. The notion of using a delivery to help him gain access to the home of the victims sends chills down the spine. It reminded me of the recent case of the little girl who was abducted and murdered by the actual delivery guy himself.😳
I don’t think it was to gain access, but to create another suspect if he got caught. Then when caught, he immediately asks whether someone else is arrested…. he knew someone else was there at same time!
If we think about, he has everyone believing/blaming poor D.M.. Another ploy created by him. And what about the other down stairs roommate? I thought I read/heard she yelled up the stairs asking Ethan to be quiet/ stop making noise🤔
@@sarahjane9957 Thankfully the prosecution doesn't have to prove motive. Otherwise the inability to come up with a sensible or reasonable 'Why?' would have many people walking away from the courts scot-free. I think Chris was right when he pointed out, in this video, that MO and signature can point to motive in many instances.
Chris, I saw a pic of a Kabar up against someone's side on a group on Facebook and OMG, that could have potentially gone clear through each of their bodies!? I also heard that the Defense is demanding DM's info from Discovery and also that his lawyer is also inquiring about another suspect? Great commentary tonight! Thanks to you and your beautiful wife! Love from Canada 🇨🇦
It’s not ridiculous! It is not a coincidence that door dash occurs at roughly the same time he would have entered. It sticks out like a sore thumb! The door dash is important! Great job. Love to listen to you all hypothesize. This is exactly what law enforcement has had to do.
I'm wondering if the 3 trips past the house in the 30 minutes prior to the final trip at 4:04 were because he was trying to identify the vehicles and know who was there. We know Kaylee had a new vehicle...he probably didn't know that vehicle. That would be a significant unanticipated factor. We also don't know how far apart those three trips past the house were...he could have made two trips close together as reconnaissance, and on the third trip parked nearby to view through windows, or even have gotten out of the car and gotten close to the house to listen to any voices that could be heard. He would definitely want to know exactly who he might encounter.
How would he know someone would be awake at 4am to answer the door to accept the order from the driver? I do find it strange the the Door Dash delivery and the murders happened within minutes of each other. There could have been a 5th victim or the crime interrupted and cancelled.
Yes timing very strange. Plus the fact that it was his 4th pass by the house since 3;30ish. So, if he was hesitating or timing his entry, why does he choose within a couple minutes of another car being there…. Unless he knew the delivery was coming and waiting on it. It is possible he planned it so there would be someone else to blame it on. The some other dude theory. And, when arrested he asks who else is arrested. He already could have known door dash guy was there.
Second time thru this episode, and learning so much. I've never used Door Dash, but this aspect has always been bothersome to me. Thanks, TIR, for all you do!
I think his purpose in the door dash theory is not to gain entry, but to have another suspect. Maybe he was passing by for 30 minutes until he saw another car in the area and possibly jackpot for him that it went to their house. His first words were about arresting any others. I also heard somewhere of an old classmate saying he called in on some forum trying to cast blame on fraternity members. Something weird that he would be making multiple passes in hesitancy for 30 minutes then within a couple minutes of another visitor his nerve is up??? It’s either something like that or the purest of coincedence.
I love anyone encouraging others to think critically! ❤

Karen has such a pleasant face.
I agree…Karen is such a sweet, kind & very talented woman 😘
They can find out who ordered the door dash and what time was it ordered and who paid for it! Simple enough??
Very interesting and great point ..about him possibly waiting for something..
If he ordered the food, wouldn’t he have to use a credit card?
If he order the food?!, I would think he used cash to buy a prepaid visa card would be my guess
@@downsouthchic7822 I didn’t think of that.
You messed up at 1st. D said everyone was in their room or asleep by 4am, not 2am like you stated. I think they all got in by 2am and visited, stayed up, then all went to bed by 4am. Xana made sure and order by 2:45
He makes many mistakes in his presentation on many of his lives!
I use contactless delivery all the time because I am widow woman & do not want to open door to strangers.
With all of your cameras, self defense skills items & large dogs, they'd pick the wrong house.
What if it wasn’t Kaylee playing with the dog? Maybe it was the suspect killing Kaylee and Maddie. Did DM hear kaylee’s voice playing with the dog OR did she hear wrestling sounds that could be mistaken for someone playing with the dog.
Of course it wasn’t Kaylee playing with her dog.
She was being slaughtered and the roommate didn’t hear one sound above her room!!
Seriously!
Yes. This happened just this past couple months. Poor girl was found in that ditch. My heart breaks for the family. Why kill a child? Why?
I don’t think it was to gain access, but to create another suspect if he got caught. Then when caught, he immediately asks whether someone else is arrested…. he knew someone else was there at same time!
Another sad story💔
If we think about, he has everyone believing/blaming poor D.M.. Another ploy created by him. And what about the other down stairs roommate? I thought I read/heard she yelled up the stairs asking Ethan to be quiet/ stop making noise🤔
@@sarahjane9957 Thankfully the prosecution doesn't have to prove motive. Otherwise the inability to come up with a sensible or reasonable 'Why?' would have many people walking away from the courts scot-free.
I think Chris was right when he pointed out, in this video, that MO and signature can point to motive in many instances.
If BK ordered the door dash for Xana how did he pay for it without leading directly to him?
If he had a burner phone why on earth would he risk bringing his own personal phone? That makes no sense?
I thought the same thing--he didn't have a burner phone obviously. If he'd been smart he would've done that, thank God he didn't.
Potentially allegedly chopped Ethan's male member off, gutted and eviscerated Kaylee and decapitated Xana...alledgedly...
@@elbandito7504 OMG! Where did you hear this?? This is just awful if true!!
Was the door dash even eaten or was it set there when who ever left after murdering them
It’s not ridiculous!
Good Job
