      @Leslie thats me DM’s room was on the 2nd floor, not the first. This was a new revelation in this Probable Cause Affidavit. If you haven’t read it yet, I suggest you do. There’s lots of good info there.

      Yes. “The bedroom on the west side of the floor was later determined to be Kaylee Goncalves, hereafter *Goncalves," room. I later learned (from review of Officer Nunes' body caurera) there was a dog in the room when Moscow Police Officers initially responded.” CPL Payne, Moscow PD.

      @Leslie thats me She was not on the first floor. Dylan was in the 2nd floor bedroom on the south east side, right off of the kichen, so even more so. She was on the same floor as Xana's bedroom and directly below Maddie's bedroom. Tell me how she didn't hear anything more.

      So tired of the DM conspiracy theories. No, just no. Not a shred of admissible evidence for any of them, only errant speculations & mostly flat out lies, who makes lots of accusations against a terrified 20 year old girl as if these are facts when none are in any public record document.

      I agree, Lori. We’ve, thankfully, not been in that terrible place she found herself and don’t know how we’d react. We also don’t know her and how her past may have influenced how she processed the weirdness around her during that time. She was traumatized and likely will be for some time. I wish her peace. We’ll know what law enforcement thinks is vital to the case in time. Beyond that is voyeurism and people must stop acting as if it’s their right to know everything.

      If I woke up at 4am in a known party house and heard noises I'd probably check it out by opening the door like she did. If I saw a stranger coming from one of my friends room I woudnt automatically think he'd killed anyone I'd think of a lot of scanerios but not that one. I'd probably feel uncomfortable and lock my bedroom door and get into bed and try to go back to sleep. If there's no more noise I'll probably succeed in doing that. It's not that difficult to figure out. Kids don't call the cops to their house for things they dont know has happened.

    Has anyone stopped to think that maybe her phone died and charger was in the car or another room? Or maybe something else besides fear kept her from calling. All this judgement is so ridiculous! She’s 20 and never in her life thought she would ever have to deal with something like this. I really thought we would be better than this and not blame someone who saw this horrific tragedy done to HER FRIENDS!

    I have been a corrections officer and a police officer for most of my life. I can already see that this guy is going to be one of those inmates that is going to be a problem, no matter where he is. We always have inmates that like to push buttons and play head games, but every once in a while you get an inmate that pushes the envelope and is just a constant problem. Even when he is not saying anything or doing anything. He will be one of those that will sit and plot or scheme. He will take advantage of newer or inexperienced officers. Those type of inmates always hated me because I always stayed 5 steps ahead of them. Point is I can see how this guy is going to be that inmate!!

      Depends on the facility. Most of all prisons are over populated and do not have single cells. Most have two inmates. After he is first convicted and starts through the system, he will go through a medical evaluation and classification system. I seen a photo of him when he was first arrested and in the county prison. He was wearing a green "turtle" suit. He must have been put on suicide watch because that's what inmates wear when they are deemed suicidal. He must have answered the intake questions and was flagged suicidal. They wear nothing under those green turtle suits and are put on a 24 hour watch.

    Breath easy folks. DNA is not the only round of ammo that the prosecution has in its clip. There is his vehicle caught on video in the area during the time the crime was being committed. There is his cell phone in the area of the victims on numerous occasions, including the hours shortly after the murders. There is DM's description of the intruder which closely resembles BK. Finally, there is his behavior in Pennsylvania. OJ had a user friendly jury. BK won't.

    I still can't wrap my mind around why DM didn't call the police once she was in her room with the door closed and locked. I can relate to freezing in terror, but once she was able to move to close her bedroom door she would have been capable of dialing 911. Not only did she not call 911 she waited 8 hours!!!
    I have experienced being so frightened I couldn't move or open my mouth to scream a couple times in my life. Once I was finally able to move I was moving FAST...my mind was going lightening speed, but everything seemed to slow down, and I remember details I normally would not. Imagine watching a movie played in slow motion. Years later I still remember every detail....burned into my memory. Having experienced this kind of fear I just don't get her reaction of waiting 8 hours to do anything. There must be details the police haven't released yet.

      That's all I have thought about for months. Not being negative in any way but I always felt strongly that the dog being skinned like a deer (minus his ears and paws) then filet like a fish should have drawn more attention- further investigation. The details in the original article listed even more crazy incidents with rabbits, etc. I looked the address up on Google maps and it is a very rural area around apple orchards and the folks lived on a one way in/out drive. Plus poor Buddy probably had some forensic clues that could of lead to the heartless person who did that to him.

      @Regina Gilreath Ballard I agree that baby needs justice, but since it isn't a human, most law enforcement don't care. Animals don't get the same attention or care they deserve, and it is beyond upsetting. We also need harsher punishment for abuse of any other living being so we could maybe stop these evil acts.

    He moved to Pullman, Washington on the 25th of June; Fall semester in WSU begins August the 17th... By the 20th August he spends an hour from 10:30 p.m. to 11:34 p.m. near the girl's house... Doing what? How did he target either the house or the girls living in it? Where were these girls from Juneteenth up to the 21st of August? Is there any proof of interactions online? Or in person at the Mad Greek? I'd love to have the answers for these doubts in my mind...

    I think that Kohberger conducted a few dry runs going into the victim’s house when there was no one inside; or when the victims were asleep looking for the bedrooms where Kaylee; and Madison
    slept.

      He seemed to be a humble working man who was so proud of his son working on his PhD.
      But I’m confused about the behavior in Pennsylvania. Was it just B who cleaned his car at night and put new plates on it? Wouldn’t his parents have had to know he was changing the license plates? (It was the Mom’s car?)
      I can see him telling his parents that his car has been cleared. But I don’t know if both he and his father changed the plates and cleaned. Just don’t know.
      It seems like B’s interests were dominant in the family: his mom wrote that letter about being humane toward Ted Bundy, and his sister reportedly acted in a horror film/ video of knife slayings a few years ago. It seems so bizarre.
      Anyone have links to that letter or the sister’s film?

    • @susanmaguire
      @susanmaguire 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Unless he put it in a pocket or a bag of some sort. And what if he forgot the knife too? The affidavit doesn't say that but who know what they left out?
      I highly doubt he'd forget the knife but it's a thought.

    • @tehgurl
      @tehgurl 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@susanmaguire or he hid it somewhere around the property or in the house. Which is mortifying. We all know they went in and took evidence but what if he knew the house so well it's like in a wall that was exposed IE some work being done in the home etc. We don't know the time period he took to really get out of the house and the remaining 2 alive did nothing but stay in their rooms awake and or asleep either way gave him a lot of time to really hide that knife in the house. He seems cocky enough to do that don't you think? I think just the 100s of hours I've seen of this now, I would believe that. He's looking for star state. He wants books, movies, he wants to be like BTK..... Sigh. This is all so sad.

    Hello dears, Chris&Karen, your streamings are priceless, thank you SO MUCH! Guys, you have not mentioned, on his return to the Crime Scene, anything about a statement he is reported to have made to a neighbour, would it be?, where he asked "have you heard about the ... murders (? can't remember the exact words of the person I think interviewed by a news agency), they haven't caught anybody yet. I think it was a crime of passion". This is VERY BIG about his revisit before any authorities had been contacted yet! What do you think of all that? Please tell us if you can. Thank you so much in advance of all your invaluable help. Many blessings, Line-Marie, from Leeds, England, United Kingdom
