Well, MY thoughts, dear Luca, are that you've somehow simultaneously convinced me to go play CrossCode and be unnecessarily hyped for Alabaster Dawn. I don't have time for this, Luca! 😂
First: There is gameplay on TH-cam, i hope you see it. Second: My notebook that run CrossCode can run Alabaster Dawn, so thanks RadicalFish. Third: Greetings from Uruguay.
Really can't wait for this since it looks really good, and that gameplay looks fun. Seeing as crosscode was one of my favourites as well, it's going to be tough waiting for the release date
This game looks absolutely stunning! Really hoping this gets physical for Switch, and I'm sure it will since CrossCode did! You put this video together so quickly, haha.
@@uppernimbus oh I'm sure it will get a physical release and I really hope there'll be a Collector's Edition. Haha, yeah this video came together quickly - that's what extreme hype can do to a man hahaha
@@dmsys6516 Yeah, I forgot about the HTML5 part. From Steam: "First things first, we use impact engine, however we heavly rewrote it. As of now about 90% of the code is completly changed, that even includes the editor. So all in all we actually use our own engine which is based of impact." Impact: "Impact is a JavaScript Game Engine that allows you to develop stunning HTML5 Games for desktop and mobile browsers." So I assume you program in JS to manipulate the HTML stuff. Interesting concept, still a nightmare to run for me.
Actually its written in TS to make porting easier. I hope you don't have issues with it I first played upto fire element in mobile and on a pretty low end one with a mediatek g80 so i didn't think it would be sturgling in other os and the port to android was a fanport
@@jasonfanclub4267 Insane screen tearing, random stutters, but I suppose it was caused by the Flatpak version (or a skill issue), because I recently switched to the .deb and it works fine now, alonside a few other games I had problems with.. Thanks anyway!
what reall annoys me is this game already has the souls like tag when it has nothing in common with souls expect it has a parry. people need to stop calling every arpg that comes out a souls likke it's getting annoying.
this could be one of greatest rpgs ever made
Totally agree.

@@retrobrandon hahaha, nice man! Yeah go play that. CrossCode is amazing. You just need to find the time haha

Absolutely love the stunning animation work here. The detailed 2D look of the characters is so so good. Looks incredible.
Absolutely. Looks like an elevated version of CrossCode's art style
They are actually composed of multiple 2D sprites on a 3D skeleton.
@@piisfun thanks for the clarification. Looks amazing!
This will most likely be the game of the year when it comes out! Can't wait!
That's what I think, too.

Yeah it's going to be very tough waiting for this. But we can be sure that when they take their time it will be good.

DAMN! This looks sick! I'll have to keep my eye on this for sure!
I know, right? Looks even better that I expected.
Looks interesting, I'll have to keep my eye on it.
Thanks for sharing your hype!
Thanks for watching dude.
these games look amazing it's the first I have heard about this. it have my interest
Controller never worked in cross code. Less than one percent of games I have controller issues with.
Wdym? I had no issues with controller. Do you mean problems with aiming?
So played.
And you uploaded it before i could spam this every one of your videos
Hahaha, you can still spam the comment section in my other videos If you want. Boosts the algorhythm lol
Is this also in JS? Making CrossCode run properly on Linux is a bitch and a half, hopefully this one will be easier.
I dunno but I hope so, if that means it runs on more systems
