kick seems pretty good since no ads and your favorite creator gets paid more but switching over is basically like cheating on your barber also most people don't really like to switch to new things when there already familiar with something. Me personally though i like to keep videos and live streams in one place so I'll just go on kick from time to time to check what it has become
I think asking about their motivations/endgame at this point is futile. God only knows what's going on behind the scenes; wouldn't be the first time a competitor came up out of nowhere with huge monetary support, only to slowly die over time. MAYBE it's different with the creators/content they're promoting... but given that ppl like adin aren't completely on board and won't go all in, that seems like bad news. All the bad press, none of the upside. Maybe there's a build in userbase; if gambling isn't allowed elsewhere, they know they'll be the main place for it. It makes it easy for creators to not change up their content. From a financial perspective, I'm assuming kick isn't paying them, the gambling company is; so that mitigates some of kick's losses.
Are we ignoring Ludwig's "We'll never fire anyone ever, as long as you subscribe and watch all of my spon-" Gotta subscribe to Mogul Mail for people to keep their jobs

Honestly I do not see Kick succeeding long term. I just doubt every word from Adin as a the rule of thumb lmao I'll believe it when I see it (and if it does happen, how long it lasts cause this whole thing sounds fishy)

Haven’t finished the video yet but I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing update on this :3 love you Lud

I'm going to sleep horribly knowing I skipped the sponsor causing someone's firing.. this is a guilt I'm going to have to live with
Gotta Love Ludwig's consistent upload schedule.
who's ludwig, this is mogul mail
This is not Lud by the way. This is Mogul Mail.
why do you bring up some random youtuber that has no relevance to this video
@@CastlesCrmbling Literally
I’ve never heard of Ludwig. Mogul Mail is king tho
Ludwig seems to really like The Guard's Valorant team, and he really believes in their potential. Hope he picks up the whole of old Guard and makes them Moost
I wonder how many days before Kick gets sued out of existence lmao
NFL probably finishing up to the paperwork to go after Kick, Train, and Adin. There is no way they will that slide

“Well Ludwig” ??? Who’s that?!?!?
That sykunno slight killed me 🤣 🤣 🤣
This news was quite tragic to hear, but can we talk about that seemless sponsor plug from Lud?
"We'll never fire anyone ever" Ludwig no....
wow that ad was so seamless I almost didn't notice
That sponsor section is sneaky as hell mr mogul mail
My jaw dropped for a second i thought he's joking and it's a fake ad.
3:19 to skip ad
Best sponsor transition of all time
Kick is basically the LIV golf of the streaming world
Rip Esports, that's wild that Adin thinks that he can do whatever he wants on kik. Whose backing it? Where is that money coming from? It makes no sense, and is wild.
Stake backs it that’s where it came from. They’re trying to get all the scam streamers to one space and fuck more lil kids up
this is closest thing i have to marketing monday
Dude i feel so bad for the employees
"Why you getting mad, its a tweet, just turn off the computer" is the perfect response LMAO
I got bad flashbacks getting a Rocket Money ad cuz Atrioc did one for his marketing Monday’s a few weeks before the AI drama and I remember his pitch involving how he had so many subscriptions he was having trouble keeping track of… in hindsight he prolly should’ve just cancelled a few of them….
Since when is "AI drama" a euphemism for *deepfake porn*?
This is the Mogul Mail channel, might as well call a spade a spade without beating around the bush.
its funny how the internet makes grown adults act like they're in high school again
That was the best sponsor transition in history.
New to the channel Ludwig. Didn't realize you had a commentary channel. Love it
kick seems pretty good since no ads and your favorite creator gets paid more but switching over is basically like cheating on your barber also most people don't really like to switch to new things when there already familiar with something. Me personally though i like to keep videos and live streams in one place so I'll just go on kick from time to time to check what it has become
It’s allows abuse porn and mysogonistic gay hate etc ….
I have never heard of Kick before, and I am still yet to hear from it again.
I like how Lud has to pause for half a second just to say 'they got a good social media guy there' lmao.
I like how these guys managed to make playing video games somehow cost millions to maintain and manage.
Yup, did the same but 10x more expensive for throwing/kicking a ball into a net.
"none of the downside" and "$100m to run for 5 years" do not compute.
Are we ignoring Ludwig's "We'll never fire anyone ever, as long as you subscribe and watch all of my spon-"
Gotta subscribe to Mogul Mail for people to keep their jobs
OHHHH ITS KICK AND NOT KIK that makes more sense, i havent kept up with ANYTHING and was so confused lmaoo
Bros hair is immaculate.
I think the biggest problem with Esports is that games come out too frequently and don’t capture hype for a long enough period to ever have a business model the football or baseball.
the games that have captured the hype. OW comes out but then the game dies and there goes the money
My days get so much better when moist and Ludwig post
Marketing Monday POGGERS
Adin Ross and Speed are known scammers, so I’m not so sure about this one
Just an FYI TH-cam doesnt give 70/30. As a small creator on here i get 55/45.
Those employees should be thankful they are returning 0.01 billion to a multi billionaire. Can't have him hurting during these bad times.
Absolutely fantastic ad read
Cancels his friend then steals his ad read ... ruthless
Legend says few surfers ever dared attempt the great wave that sits atop mogul mail
I made sure to watch the whole sponsor. Will be clicking the link in the description.
I love how self aware lud is as a "goody two shoes loser" lol
i loved the honesty at the end of the video lmfaoaoao
I can't believe ludwig did on ad on mogul mail's channel, how can he get away with this?
normally i cringe at ads. but that segway had me crackin haha
Lud, you forgot to mention that Kick is one of the new sponsors of Alfa Romeo F1 Team. Their new car announcement was streamed at their channel on Kick. Also, Stake is the new main sponsor of said team. Weird stuff.
Hass was sponserd by Rich energy one time. Scammed the team, never paid them. Hass is still suing them. So not every f1 team sponsor is legit
One of Mixer's mistakes was making streamers fully exclusive to their site, which isolates their streamer's user base. Train streaming on Twitch before his Kick streams is really smart.
Kick is trying to get big enough to get bought out by Twitch or TH-cam
Honestly I do not see Kick succeeding long term. What I do hope for though is that it hangs on long enough, or is enticing enough in the short term for big name streamers, that it forces Twitch and TH-cam to make some positive changes on the platforms. Probably some insane amounts of copium, but it would be good.
Damn Lud, I can't believe you bought the entire Guard Valorant roster. So happy for you!
Some guy: literally does a thing and says “look at what I’m doing!”
Another guy: hey look at this thing guy 1 did publicly on the internet
Guy 1: I’m gonna beat your ass
?????????????????????? what?
Adin seems to me like the kind of guy who orbita around cool or perceived cool people and absorbs their personality, he is just funny enough, paired with being a little dumb to be liked, but on his own ends up being a huge dumbass and screwing things all the time.
He is fake, phony, wannabe black
Ludwig's fringe starting back on the side of his head.
Adin ross is the definition of being a puppet for someone, mans has a personality more malleable then gold XD
Yeah, he’s mad annoying.
lmfao that ad read. ive never liked in an ad read til now. (ok maybe internet historian)
That surprise sponsor segment... love it! You got me good hahaha
Isn't it insane how they claim they have no TOS but they actually have a TOS and recently just banned someone
I don't understand how Kick keeps offering a percentage of the equity. If they offer it to everyone, they'll have nothing left 😂
I'm pretty sure eSports is just expensive to maintain for little to no profit so it's not extremely sought for
my ludwig ad was interrupted by a youtube ad, double whammy
i hate people who feel untouchable.
It’s standard practice in a business to maintain enough savings to operate for 3 months at full capacity. To hire people mere days before closing is unconscionable. It is impossible that the guard didnt know they would have to shut down extremely soon.
Ludwig, this is your best ad yet. Like, I know you've done some in the past, just something about this one was funny, informative. I could take another 10 mins of that ad, tbh
I’m
In my 30s- I’ve lived through about THREE video streaming platforms that were trying to promote themselves as competitors or alternatives to Twitch/TH-cam Gaming…
They ALL failed and went out of business!😂
And said creators had to come RIGHT back to Twitch/TH-cam, tail between legs😂
