The term "manchild" is overused nowadays, but mizkif is genuinely one. It's just the best way to describe him and it will save you from a lot of frustration trying to figure out why he acts the way he does.
He's just a guy who never really needed to grow up.
The guy does have medicated adhd so take in his "personality" with a grain of salt, as it is a condition which often impacts an individuals "filter"
i definitely agree with you on that. like sure he’s a little quirky and maybe even purposely annoying for bits and he does have adhd which causes him to be kind of all over the place. But, sometimes he just really doesn’t have the lights on in his head. and he acts like a toddler in so many ways. honestly i’ve been a fan of his for a while and i recently have not been tuning it at all because i’ve realized that i just end up feeling stressed or uncomfortable from watching him. maybe that’s me though

i agree 100%. was mizkif's comeback stream tonedeaf? yes. but the people who are directing hate towards him should be focusing their energy to support the victim.

There a consensus that the victim was in the right, the friend who did it is in the wrong and what’s still in the air is mizkifs involvement. But yeah a big part is still that he’s the biggest of them.
As someone who doesn't know much of OTK at all, but knows the individual names being brought up, all I have to say is this organisation is trying its ass off to be a solid, clean and respected group.
I do appreciate that Ludwig is a solo act. Sure, we get occasional guest stars, but it's the Ludwig show.

In Texas (the state where OTK is located) it seems that sexual assault/rape are second degree felonies, which can lead to a 2-20 year prison sentence and a $10,000 fine. If it was aggravated then the penalty would be 5-99+ years in prison along with a $100,000 fine.
This only goes over the state penalties and not the federal penalties which could be anything from 5 years to life imprisonment (15-25 years until the prisoner is eligible for parole). It should also be mentioned that he’ll have to register as a sex offender.

His natural coping mechanism is going to catch him heat, so the only way to avoid that is to simply not stream until the entire situation has been resolved. Even that isn't full-proof solution as there's no telling how long that will take and even when it is resolved viewers take a while to move on from drama.

Small thing that Ludwig didn't bring up that is relevant to the Rich situation... Asmongold addressed the allegations on stream where he said that anyone defending Rich would not be considered apart of the community and even advised that legal action be taken against Rich (whether she has decided to take Rich to court has remained to be seen, but I see no reason for her not to).
You have to remember the human side to this situation. She endured a trauma, and taking it to court would mean she would have defence attorneys attempting to rip her apart based on tiny unrelated details in order to destroy her credibility. Courts are not in favour of the victim when it comes to sexual assault. It adds to the trauma of the situation. You can’t recover from that shit :(

I think another big reason why OTK's gonna be fine is Asmongold. Like him or not, I think he handled both the Mizkif and Rich situations very well. With Miz, the leaked Discord call I think showed that he kept a clear head in figuring out what to do. With Rich, he said he knows more than we do from the investigation they did and did the right thing. Not only that, but he called people out who were immediately dismissing the person who accused Rich.
Clearly the people like Tips who are working behind the scenes know what they're doing, but Asmon is basically the face of the org and he handled the drama well.
Asmon feels like the new lightning rod of OTK, like his statement about that small dick Andrew Tate "being like MLK"... like what?

Instead, it happened as a result of his sending friends to make sure it was actually sexual assault. When they were clearly too biased to do so and their presence could (and did) scare her away from making bold claims.

The allegation via twitlonger and Rich leaving OTK happened so fast, it was barely discussed. Not surprising people didn't hear much about it.
I really didn't see anything remotely close to evidence. Don't just go and believe it, let's wait and see what comes out.

What kind of “evidence” do you even think someone could put forth? Some hidden camera video of the r*pe? A hidden voice recording as if people just have the foresight to record everything bc “hey I might be r*ped today”?
It’s not like you get much out of bringing such a thing to light. If anything, you mostly receive hate and people gaslighting you on a traumatic experience you had. A bunch of dudes calling you a wh*re, clout chaser, life ruiner, etc only incentivized staying quiet. So far there’s been nothing to lead one to believe she was lying about her allegation.
