I’m glad to hear the phone interview went well! :) They probably selected people that did well on the phone interview to come in person. They will most likely ask the same questions and show you around the store. For the question about age, in Canada they are only allowed to ask if you are under the age of 16. Asking if you are 40 or older would be an illegal question in Canada.
Hey there! In most cases yes they are. Usually they hire more than one person at a time so it just makes it easier for them to do a group interview. I was nervous my first time but it’s honestly pretty relaxed and it gives u more time to think of your answers since the manager has to ask everyone the same questions!
They mostly look for people with a good amount of availability as well as personable so just be yourself 😁 I know group interviews can be scary at first but you’ll probably be more prepared then everyone else (:

I just applied on the Labrands website today, should I still go in and hand in a physical copy of my resume? What is the best way to contact them?
It doesn’t hurt to call to see when the manager will be in and hand them a physical copy and say you applied online 😁
