Hey there 😁 I recommend having a cover letter when people don’t have a ton of experience. It’s the first thing the employer sees so you can write about your interests, what makes you a good candidate for the job, that you’re excited to get your first job, maybe that you would like to move up in the company if they were to hire you. It doesn’t have to be long it’s just so they can get to know who you are as a person! Here are good sections to have on your resume! -Certificates or medals -Skills that apply to the job -Education -Hobbies and interests (similar stuff on cover letter) Also if you specifically really want to work at footlocker you can totally just walk in to the store and talk to the manger like introduce yourself and say that you’re really interested in working there.

i applied and did the assessment yesterday and today they sent me an email saying although my skills are okay they moved with other candidates instead but the job is still available on careers website. so should i reapply :(??

They will probably want you to have basic knowledge about shoes to be able to help customers with their choices!

Yeah definitely re apply!! You can even go in person and hand in a resume and say you applied online as well !
