I have been training for 5 years naturally and after 5 years now I'm now able to see the changes in my body. Musclebulding is a slow and beautifull process, enjoy it.
Bhai thoda research kar le 😅..protein powder is just an easier less caloric alternative to your food that is readily available to consume without much hassle . For example 100g of cooked boneless chicken has 27-30g protein but takes time to cook & consume but a scoop of whey protein has similar protein but you can drink it with milk or water in few secs .so ease of consumption. As far as creatine is concerned it is the best researched supplement available but consuming it will only help provided diet is on point as creatine only helps in getting few additional reps in a set as more ATP is produced in the body .those few additional reps over period of months or years help in building more muscle tissue
