i mean you can easily extract more than 100 grams of protein by simple vegetarian sources, like: 1)1 roti has 3 gm protein, so eat 4 roti in breakfast, 3 in lunch and 2 in evening, totaling=9=3*3 gm=27 gm protein 2)eat 100 gm sattu single time as a snack=25 gm protein (anytime of day) 3)eat 1 Katori dal along with roti 3 times (breakfast, lunch dinner) totaling to 3 katoris. Now, I know that protein gets destroyed in pressure cooker, so even if we consider 10 gm per katori of dal we get total of=30 gm 4) Drink 1 liter milk a day, 2 times (one evening and one morning, half liter each), which has 33 gm protein Now it all totals to = 115 gm, and we need on average 1 gm protein per kg of our body weight even with heavy exercise. NOTE: I haven't even added curd, and sabzi in this calculation still it's more than 100 Also, it's just wrong to make fun of sattu, as it's a great protein source which has 25 gm protein/100 gm. Also, in place of sattu one can eat curd or paneer also So, eat natural food, also this is a general plan which is not for everybody
