Hi, no the classic rasterizing like with a RIP software is not possible. You always have a slight offset in the print with 2 print passes, so we put the file that will be the white background 3-4 pixels smaller than the design so that you do not see this offset in the end.
If I have a few little spots where the adhesive did not adhere to sheet A, can I still use the transfer if I'm ok with the light spot? Will not having adhesive in those spots cause the design to crack or any other technical issues? Is there any reason not to use the transfer other than you might see through the area?
Hi, apart from a slight deterioration of the motif due to the non-transfer of the adhesive,, it will have no other effect on the quality and durability.
If you applied an image to a shirt that left behind white lines from the B paper (because of too much pressure when pressing the A & B paper together), can that glue from the B paper be removed from the shirt or is the shirt trash?

@@Ghost-White-Toner Printer: HP5225 Paper setting: Transparent Foil: None Temperature/pressure: As in foreverdark official instructions. Hi, I'm not quite sure what you mean by: "Foil: none". You can also set the paper setting for printing on the A-foil to "not specified" to achieve ideal results with this printer. You can also set the color intensity of the individual toners to +5 in the printer driver. When pressing, do you use 5-7 layers of A3 copy paper that you lay over the a-foil and the B-paper? as we do in the other transfer videos.

Do you half tone or rasterize? Or is it impossible for the x and y to line up when running it through twice on normal Hp printers?

When I do the A Sheet cold peel, my design is peeling up in some spots off of the shirt as well. What do you suggest?
Try to peel more smoothly by folding the edge and rolling. Apply pressure with your hands when peeling.
