Karen Black was an A list actress. There’s a video of her at the end of her life in a nursing home, dying of cancer. It’s the saddest thing. RIP Ms. Black. You were so much more.
I agree.... Karen Black was indeed an A-List actress! I think this clickbaiter TH-camr must have some disliking towards her for whatever his personal reasons are. That's why I stopped(paused) this video immediately at 1-second and refused to watch it. Won't give him any view credit.

She was around everywhere in the 70s and the 80s. It was Airport 75 that she played in. She also played in The Great Gatsby and the horror movie Burnt Offerings. She was a terrific actress. ❤
Starred in so many award winning movies. One of my favorites was Robert Altman's 1975 masterpiece Nashville which was nominated for several Academy Awards for acting, best picture and best director Bob Altman
Probably the most underated actress she could do it all, The very beautiful karen black. Hope to get a woman in my life with some karen black eyes. RIP Gorgeous
Guess what ? Kelsey Anderson, who was chosen by the most recent “Bachelor”s on The Bachelor, looks a lot like Karen. She’s gorgeous. Reminds me of a mix of Karen Black and Brigitte Bardot.
I am 63 years old and remember watching her movies in the 1970s and 1980s, but I had no idea she played in over 200 films and programs. I really cant stomach the movies they are putting out now a days. They are so graphic with more cussing, sex and violence or about yuppies with big egos showing off. Anyway, I was glad to learn a little more about Miss Black. Thank you.
Totally with you on the cussing, sex and violence. Sadly there's nothing new under the sun. I'm 63 as well and have found true real life documentaries fill my movie hankerings.
I am a 70 year old man. The first time I heard of Karen Black and saw her act was in the 1969 movie, Easy Rider. I also have an early memory of her in the 1973 movie, The Pyx, filmed in Montreal. She was, indeed, a lovely woman and a fine actress. Something about her character and her acting that always gave me a sense of comfort. I liked Karen Black.
I always thought she was an A-lister in the 70s and beyond. She played the stewardess in Airport who flew the plane after the captains were killed. She had crossed eyes.
Her sister had those same eyes. but Gail Brown was a blond and her eyes looked bluish green. I am guessing though both had hazel eyes and their hair color made Karen's eyes look brown and Gail's blueish green.
Karen Black was a well established actress who starred in several classic, A list films, including, 'Easy Rider', 'Five Easy Pieces', 'Airport 1975', 'Day of the Locust', 'Nashville' and Alfred Hitchcock's, 'Family Plot'. She also starred in 'Trilogy of Terror', which is still considered one of the scariest tv movies ever made. With these credits alone, Miss Black would hardly be considered a B list actress.
I loved her in trilogy of terror. She did a meet and greet a long time ago, and she said she wasn't expecting a long line, well there was a very long line around the block. She was amazed . She was a great actress

In the 1970s when I was a small child, I saw “Burnt Offerings” when it came to tv. Burgess Meredith, Oliver, Reed, and Karen Black.. I still find that movie creepy to this day.
I did not know Karen Black had passed. I always liked her and she was a staple of my childhood with her movie and tv appearances. Rest in peace, Karen.
Great actress. From interviews I've seen of Karen she did have a great sense of humor, didn't take herself too seriously and was thoughtful. She is missed. I haven't seen any other grave channels visit her,so thanks for the video. RIP Karen Black 💓🌄🌈🕊️💐🙏

I met with her a few times when I was younger. I was going to work for her. She was always very nice. She saw me sitting with some friends after I had lost some weight and walked up to say that looked I beautiful. Usually a movie star would not give this attention to someone. I was always embarrassed to mention her movies to her but a friend of mine did and she said that the ending scene in Burnt Offerings took 8 takes. One of my favorite scary movies.
As a boy I had a huge crush on her. I am now 63 and my huge crush was when I was like 13. Sooo sexy, she had a catchy way about her, a little mystery in her eyes. RIP sweetheart❤️
In a 'deathbed' interview with her publicist just weeks before her death, he asked her what she wanted to be remembered for.
