    Could you make a video with all of your falls compiled? I have a hard time falling gracefully like most skaters because im terrified and I feel like a falling video would really help my fear...

    Oh wow. I thought I had ok stretch. I was wrong! Thank you for this. I'm going to try and do it every night in hopes of one day doing a spread eagle

    you're so graceful. I ended up here because eagles are very useful in roller derby, but we're not nearly as elegant haha

    Strengthen your thighs. I was not aware of this. Once you strengthen your thighs, doing half froggie, you will notice your middle splits are a lot closer and your basic turn out is better. And this makes your outside spread eagle a lot flatter.

    Hi Michelle! Awesome video that I've been needing to get more flexible for skating! Question: Your legging...they look very comfy and they also look like they can fit over the back of a skate. Is this true? What kind are they? :-) X)
