  • Today is all about the camel spin position. I will be sharing a ton of exercises and stretches that will guide you to accomplish the camel spin on the ice. Let me know in the comment section below what your favorite exercise is from today's "Stretch With Me!" session.

    I love doing these exercises. I was wondering - Would you be so kind to make a video around how to use a spinner to work on the basic spins ? One foot, sit spin and camel spins ? Thank you so much and have a great day despite the confinement !
