      I lost 17 kgs in 2021 from 79 to 62kgs, but due to work load i stopped the Gym & start the junky food also. I regain 73 again in Dec 2022. In Jan 2023 I re-started my journey again & will not quit this time, successfully loose 3 kgs now 73 to 69.7 kgs 🥳🥳🏋️🏋️🗝️🗝️

    Been working out since 4 months with a calculated calorie deficit diet and weight training along with frequent cardio. have lost 12 kgs ( 96.5kg to 84.5 kg, 175 cms height, age 21) and put up a decent amount of muscles. now i have lost a significant amount of fat from all-over the body but only a little when it comes to chest, abdomen and side belly. maybe 4 months is too early to expect changes in those areas but i was still concerned because relative to other body parts, fat loss from those areas is almost negligible when compared. will continue to work out obviously, but i was thinking if i should do something which I'm not doing right now. should i have some tests maybe?

      It’s too early to make any conclusive decision. You could definitely get a test done but do not feel demotivated if the test results do not align with what you were expecting!

    Bro...great advice on vit d3.. But remember to give intake advice on vit k2 when advising regarding vitamin d3.. Else it'll result in calcium depositing in blood vessel walls instead of in the bones, causing atherosclerosis...

    Mohit bro I have been following a very strict diet and also lost so much of fat and weight earlier I was 130 kgs and now I am 84 , height 6'2 I completely quit sugar and other processed food and did OMAD where I ate only about 600 cal/day but for the past 1 month I have been loosing a bit of motivation and doing cheat meals quite often...what should I do ?

      600 calories is too low. Do not do OMAD if you are not going to eat at least 1400 calories in one meal

    My main problem is 8hr sleep.
    Class 12 hai padhai achi khasi hai but mujhe phas gaya hun mere academics aur health mai. Not showing off but jee mains mai 99.1 percentile ke baad parents bohot hope rakhe hein but mai kya Karu samajh nahi ata mota hun aur try bhi kar raha hun

    Bhaiya, I have my classes in morning from 7am till 3 in the afternoon then in the evening I go gym, so how can I do this Intermittent Fasting? Like what time should I do fasting?

      Eat your first meal in your college lunch break and make sure it’s high protein. Then eat a Pre workout snack before the gym and eat your last meal after your workout.
