As a vegetarian it’s impossible to find lean protein sources so what I like to do is that I switch out plain carb sources for foods that have a balanced macro profile. For example, I switch rice for quinoa. Quinoa has 2.5x more protein per serving in comparison to rice. I also like to add loads of low fat non flavoured greek yogurt with every meal. 150-200g of low fat paneer and some lentils here and there.

As long as you aren’t allergic or intolerant to a particular food, you should have no problems digesting the protein that comes from it. 1g/cm height is great but not achievable for a lot of people. Getting anywhere close to that number could also show visible changes in your body composition.
