All this will work 100% if you're young and can supplement collagen and its precursors. If you're older and don't see much changes after this, surgery might be a better option. Stay lean!

    i find heavy lifting with maintenance calorie intake + 15-20 min mild cardio works best .
    Only cardio loose weight which includes muscle as well so cardio should be done very steadily for fat burning like hiking

    For abs part regular barbell twists should help. Try one day crunches and another day twists during your transformation and results on overall midsectionwould be great.

    i was 104 kgs 3.5 months ago , i decided to not compromise on food (didnt do any fasting or stuff like that) , i only removed the bad food and sugar . One thing im really grateful about is i started both cardio and strength in the gym , i have lost around 8 kgs in almost 4 months but i have gained alot of muscles and dont see a slight bit of loose skin . trust me guys body recomposition is the way to go . it will take alot of time and would disappoint you initially but the outcome will be the best . youre losing fat and gaining muscles at the same time so the change in weight isnt much but you will start seeing wack amount of changes in your body and strength in a span of 3-4 months . trust me guys dont lose out on your diet , just cut all the junk food and sugar , eat twice or thrice a day and drink bunch of water and increase your protein intake . this is by far the best route to change your body . Remember you wanna lose fat not muscles and that can only be done if you do cardio and strength altogether without compromising with your diet

      Very relatable man, I tried everything, from very low calories to fasting, and I found that eating home cooked meals with more protein was the best way to go for me, I found it very sustainable and it has helped me lose fat and gain muscle, in a very short amount of time I was getting compliments about losing weight and building a good physique. I recommend everyone to try this method out, cut out sugar and bad food from your diet, have a cheat "MEAL" per week, and do cardio and strength training. One more thing, if you feel like eating sweet or something, just have a chewing gum, helped me loads.

    Your claims and journey, thanks for sharing.
    People do get benefitted in their weight loss or gain journey with happy and sad results. Remember genetics play a role. Deposition of body fat in males is subjective. So does skin elasticity. Some are lucky and some are unlucky in getting toned or loose skin.
    In the end fundamentals remain same, results vary in every cohort of individuals. Despite taking n number of supplements there will be individuals who won’t get benefitted.
    So trust the process and just do it, Results will be evident if not as expected!

    97 to 70 kg has been an incredible journey for me . Yes i have loose skin but it has improved in last 4 months as I focus on my diet and filling it with muscle. My tummy and lower back is full of stretch marks. And yes i cant get physique like Alex Eubank or David laid , I want to be the best version of myself

      Just 3 months of 1 hr daily exercise + plus No Artificial Sugar..
      + no food after sunset...
      Now my weight is 68-69 kgs....
      ( As for my exercise -- just played Badminton )
      So believe in the process..
      Everybody can do it...!

    Hi, Mohit. I'm a student of class 10 and i'm 16 years old.I'm really, really inspired by you and your weightloss journey. i want to share you something that's bothering me in my journey. I used to weigh 123 kgs till june. I, then started to follow a proper diet and intermittent fasting (16:8). It;s been 4 months that i've been following this and i've lost 18 kgs and now i weigh 105 kgs. But i really don't see much difference in my body. I eat around 80 - 90g of protein each day but still. I'd be really thankful if you help me out with the problem.

      I have also went from 120kg to 105kg and dont really see a difference but people around me do say I have gotten thinner. Just keep going brother till we can see the difference ourselves! Also, you need to do strength training if you arent doing it already.

    Great video, I don't speak Hindi but I got a general idea of what it is you said because of the few English words and everything that you showed on the video. It would be very nice if you were to use more English but I understand that you are you're aiming to reach the nearby audience.
