      @@Nutannagaswaroop starts with acv in morning than 200gm paneer related dish without roti but sometimes with Rice ! In dinner i eat 300-400gm of Boneless chicken without roti and then 5-6egg white !! Forgot to mention I drink 300ml milk both before and after waking up

    Dude I have lost 45kgs. I knew what you would say cause I did it myself. I am still not at my goal weight though and I did stumble for a while and I gained 2 kgs so I thought I could always find something useful from the video and I did! Eating protein FIRST is genius and so simple. I am gonna start my meal with my protein shake now and eat after.

    I was 112kg dropped down to 102kg in three months, i didn't followed any strict diet though
    Ate two times a day
    I left sugar coffee chai
    And leaving sugar makes difference
    And only cheated on saturday and sunday but in limit.
    Then busted my ass to loose it
    Next day.
    It is for those who can't be consistent in their diet
    My goal is to go 87kgs in three months.

Eat your three main meal (breakfast, lunch Dinner) spaced about 5 hours apart. In addition eat two to three snacks a day in between meals.

    All I did was skip dinner and then got a habit. I quit all outside food specially burgers and pizza.
    Continued working out 5 times a week. Ate only home cooked food.
    Got in shape less than 3 months.
    Now my dinner is done by 7pm
    I have breakfast and lunch in limited quantities.
    In beginning its seems difficult but as time passes by it becomes habitual

      same case ive lost 25kilos from 105 to 80 and still need to lose around 10 to 12 kgs but its been difficult for past few months . I think one of the reasons maybe that now that you have been noticing significant change you may go easy on diet or to put on more muscle you may have ignored the whole deficit itself . Ive struggled for past 3month trying to go from 81 to 70s so i just went back on to my original deficit and maintaining my protein and have lost a 1kg in a week cuz my deficit is for losing 1kg in a week.       @@harshit8116 Ahh i just used to follow my trainer so cardio as a separate day was mostly during saturdays but everyday after workout i used to do 15mins of incline walking , also cuz im still in school it was easier to get in more steps tho idk the count .
