Great job, Alex. Your videos always show clear thinking and preparation. Although you alluded to it, most leaders have the ability to persuade people to adopt their plan, and/or influence their attitudes, values, beliefs, and behaviors. Keep up the good work.
I am autistic. I am very prepared and about meetings and providing information as well as collecting information. HOWEVER. I am not the one in charge. So, I find it too easy to be the leader in the room. But I am not.
There needs to be more instruction like this - how to be seen as a leader. Most guides and talks on leadership are marketed toward established leaders like managers and CEOs who will pay big bucks for a seminar on how to lead their departments and employees (I'm looking at you, Simon Sinek). But leadership emerges from any group of equals - a book club, an employee lounge, a factory floor, etc. The skill of emerging as the regarded and respected leader is rarely taught or learned.

In the modern boardroom, a leader knows when to insert a lighthearted (but never crass) comment to ease tension in the room
Yes, good addition. The timely use of appropriate humor can energize a group.

Yes, I agree. Most of the video on my channel are made with emerging leaders in mind.

Dress and hygiene is a big one. Maybe not over dress but NEVER under dress if that makes sense.
Good example!
If you at a coach, then correct P. It’s business, bidness.
