I picked up some wheels and tires from WheelWhiz.ca here in Canada I love the stance and the style of these wheels and tires! Slots & BFG Radial T/A's! OK, maybe I am a little biased here but hey, it's my truck! Have a look, let me know what you think!

The 60-66 Chevy trucks never came with a door activated overhead light switch, if anyone cares. The overhead light circuit needs to be rewired (power constantly on at the light) to use door grounding switches that activate the light when either door opens and grounds the switch to the frame, completing the circuit.

Nice stance on your truck. Dont mean to hijack your comments here, but would you still have the sm318 that you used to make the 3 speed linkage adjustment video. I have a 1964 GMC with the same trns, but it is no good. Would you be willing to sell it, I recall you mentioned that you were not going to use that trns in the video, that is the only reason I ask. Like your content videos that I have seen so far. Please let me know if you would be willing to sell. Keep those cool videos coming.

First time seeing a video with your truck and I love it. Please don't put the Sniper on the truck. Its perfect just the way it is and I'm thinking it'll be a little much for the 283.. I too recommend a drop spindle for the front.

I've got a set of Western Bullets that I put on my 65 about forty years ago. Been thinking about replacing them with a set of classic Rally wheels. Slots are always a classic look as well.

Those old wheels and caps are gold. I sold my set to a guy in California for 500 and I think I skunked myself selling them at that price. I'd also use drop spindles up front. Cutting coils messes with camber

I think modest looking rims look good on a classic. That height is perfect!
Given the cost and wishing to keep 'er ('69 step) original, I epoxied the rims light blue and will hunt for white wall or white lettered tires.
