    Can’t believe this is the only video on you tube with upgrade pulley on the Jaguar V6 S - think this car is very underrated

    If I don't do a tune, does the HP increase if I only change the pulleys?

    Probably losing power with those intakes. The rest of those mods are nice!

      The sound of the supercharger makes it all worth it

      Hi Chriss, I drive the 3L V6 Supercharged F Pace with VAP lower pulley, Stage 2 and Transmission tune. The car is amazing! I am thinking about Mina Gallery intake but heard conflicting opinion that Jag factory air intake system is better. Could you shed more light?

      @@ridingdreamerHey man, i just got the mina gallery intake filter a bit ago, and velocity ap tuned. Honestly you’re better getting it if you want the sound and experience that comes with it, its well worth, and when you get the tubes it’s even louder&faster. But the factory ones along with an aftermarket such as the k&n will be better for performance but not such a notable difference that you should give it up for hearing that supercharger whine.

    Does this work for the regular V6 Supercharge 35T?

    • @crackersmcquackers

      Yes. The only difference is you'll want to buy the supercharger pulley in addition to the crank pulley.

    You guys aware of any comparable mods available for the 3.0L Ingenium engines they've been using for the past couple years? I can't find anything compatible with my 2021.

    • @dawhiteman1451
      @dawhiteman1451 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’m a JLR tech. Sadly there is very little after market support for the 3.0 Ingenium. As far as I’m aware there is only an ECU Flash for the 2019-2022 L405 Range Rover, exhaust kit and ECU flash for the 2020 - newer Defender and 2019-2022 L494 Range Rover Sport , and exhaust only for the 2023- newer L460 Range Rover and 2023- newer L461 Range Rover Sport. There is no aftermarket support for the F-Pace, Discovery, or Range Rover Velar with the 3.0 Ingenium, only the models listed above

      @@dawhiteman1451 Yea that's what I'm running into. I had a custom exhaust done but nothing at all for ECU or other power mods seems to be available. Thanks for the insight. Love the car though.

      @@dawhiteman1451Friend, a question, I have a Jag F Pace 3.0 AWD with a bad engine and I bought an FType RWD, from what I saw the crankcase changed, is it just changing the crankcase or do I have to change something else?? I was watching some videos and I noticed that there are 2 types of 3.0 engines, excuse my English

    • @dawhiteman1451
      @dawhiteman1451 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@alvarotapia413 it is possible but it will cost some money. You will have to swap out the motor mounts, oil sump and oil pickup tube would need to be changed over. My main concern would be the wiring harness. The F-Pace was only available in AWD where the F-Type, XE, XF, XJ were RWD or AWD (V6). You would probably have to change out the PCM. You would also run into issues with the Front Differential as it has a halfshaft , where as the RWD version does not. Other than that the engine and trans are the same. If I were you I would see if I could get the engine rebuilt, or find a remanned one. As for the 3.0, yes there are two different engines, the AJ126 (Supercharged V6, based on the 5.0 AJ133 Supercharged V8) and the Ingenium AJ300 Inline 6 (Twincharged MHEV). That’s a whole completely different engine family and layout that would require replacement of the entire drivetrain system, suspension system, and Electronics system, as well as most of the interior components as well. However if your F Pace is from 2017-2020 you won’t run into that issue, just the issue of swapping out the oil pan, pickup tube, front differential, front halfshaft, and programming the PCM and TCM

      @@alvarotapia413 Going off of what I said, I would suggest you rebuild the motor if the bottom end of the block is still intact. Most of those engines go bad from overheating which causes the head gasket to fail. If that were the case, the cylinder head would have to be replaced or machined and the gaskets would have to be replaced. Whatever route you decide. I recommend replacing all of the plastic cooling bits to aluminum ones. There are aftermarket versions of the outlet pipes, thermostat, and rear coolant manifold that are aluminum and are way more durable than the updated plastic components JLR uses
