Hey man just saw this video. I am looking to upgrade my intake system as well. I went on the Mina gallery website and saw that the red intake system was for the v8 svr jaguar and the blue one was “for” the f pace s. I have the same car as you (f pace s) and was wondering if you also got the one for the svr and if they were interchangeable and you just chose to get the one for the v8 ?
@@juliancruz8960 hey, i got the one specifically for the v6 not SVR. I was expecting blue filters but received red (which I’m glad i did because i like the red more) i believe they may send you whatever color they have available for your engine type

@@gold-6680 unfortunately no, idk why they did that BUT the rest of the car has really nice ambient lighting where you can choose the color and brightness
If you live in a climate that is often over 70 degrees then yes you will. The problem is that metal will heat soak and cause high intake temperatures typically 50-60 degrees F more than normal. For supercharged variants this is very bad for performance. But hey whiny noises are fun.
@@AlfaAK101 I saw the mess about these "losing" whp but I talked with Mina Gallery and sounds like the guys who claimed that are full of crap. Did you feel that you lost or gained any hp? The tube should give you better instant response once installed.
@@McLaren00777 people say that after market intakes lose power with any car because “the manufacture designed it to be the most efficient and best for hp” but tbh i don’t know if i feel increase or decrease in power. If it’s a decrease it’s barely anything and vice versa but i do know that the car feels and sounds amazingggg

You will lose 20 HP in you put mod installed but gain sound in supercharger.

That is the 3.0 V6 supercharged. They will whine the same if V6 or V8.

Yes definitely, from no sound from the outside with stock to unmistakable whine sound from the outside lol

Did you end up changing the from the muffler delete? I remember you saying it was to loud.
