One thing you can maybe look into covering, is the ease of entering the truck. I would much prefer a solid rear window but I don’t think that is an option. I am also curious on how easily that power rear window can be force slide open and maybe use a stick or something to hit the unlock button to gain access to the interior? Just a quick thought and maybe some content for you to look into. I will be ordering mine soon. Love the detail you focus on.
That is interesting and I’ll see what I can do. Not sure if I want to try to force the back window open on my own truck but I’ll check it out

Hey buddy you’re doing great! TH-cam rewards those that are consistent. I started following you because you were one of the first owners of the ranger raptor in the U.S. at first I hated your editing but looking back to when we started our channel 3 years ago ours were just as bad. Your content is improving with each video and I hope that your growth continues.
We are torn between adding the ranger raptor, ZR2 Bison, or going old school with a 2014 F150 Raptor to our overlanding fleet.
I really appreciate the comment and I know my editing skills need work for sure. I am doing everything in iMovie and really leaning towards biting the bullet and buying Final Cut Pro. The ZR2 is an awesome truck for sure, that thing would be a great addition I think. I’ll have to watch your videos. I love overlanding videos

Awesome! I think you are going to love it but remember that it is a truck, not a sports car. I remember my initial thought coming from a sports car was that the hype about the speed and power was overdone but the more I drive it the more I love it. It is amazing, and also glad you found the channel! Way more videos to come once I get back home later this week!
Can’t wait to see your light installation as I have ordered a set of LED lights for my Raptor grill as well. But I was up in the air on the choice between amber or white. My first thought was that the amber light might mess up the front camera view being the slot for it is right above it. Second I thought the white light went better with the headlights. Last I asked for the wife’s opinion, she said white. Happy Wife Happy Life! I went with white but part of me wanted amber.
I had the same dilemma / internal dialog in my head! i think i should have gone with the white as well... the amber across the front being the only lights that color might look strange. at least on the big raptor it is also on the sides of the head lights. I am going to put them in and see how i like them for a few months before i switch it up and go with the white, but like i said, i think you made the right choice. I am pretty sure my wife would have said white too but the big brother raptor is amber and i chose based on that for now. I'll let you know what i think once I install them and stair at it longingly for a few hours in the dark with the lights on haha.
That's cool you can make some money already. Can't wait to see the light install. I picked up my Ranger Raptor yesterday. Now I need to see mods I can do. 👍
Congratulations on the pickup... how are you liking it after one day? I will be doing the little amber lights soon... still waiting for the AuxBeam lights to arrive so that will be a few weeks away... but i am excited about it for sure!
@@flaberdoopin loving it so far. It's a quick truck. Mine is Azure Gray. It was a dealer order I grabbed up. Came with the bead lock wheels and spray in bed liner.
I wish I had the bed liner. These wheels are cool but I doubt I’ll buy the required rings to go true beadlock

I was thinking that might be the case. I guess i will stick with what is working until it stops working! no need to test this out now while the truck stuff is doing well, right?
After 3 years of TH-cam we started adding other topics and that’s when the growth really happened for us.
Do you will use a bedcover ? I will buy the bakflip mx4 triflor , the 5g Ranger version should also work on the 6g. In germany Not so easy to get 🙄
I am going to order the BAK X4s. It is a metal (Aluminum) cover that rolls up so it doesn't fold and block the back window when open all the way.

I mean, Chevy makes amazing vehicles so you won’t go wrong there. You could also try to get one of the Jeep badass SUVs as well if they are available over on your side of the world.
