At 47 years old and still playing basketball, I've gone from a 23-inch vertical to 29-inch vertical in the last year. Thanks for your videos and podcasts.

VOLLEYBALL DOUBT I play beach-volley and volleyball.. The block is a two foot jump..no doubt here. How do you classify the jump for attack in volleyball? One foot or two feet? Technically it is two feet.. but a bit asymmetrical.. and I don't have in mind what a single jump in sports is.. So..how my plyos should be? Just the "two feet" exercises?
I have a goal to train plyo twice a week and want to make these my core workouts. If I am a 2 foot jumper but want to be able to do both should I alternate between 1 foot and 2 foot focus? Or just stick with 2?
Hey Isaiah! Im 13 and im in a strength phase rn. My max half squat is 300 and my max power clean is 155. Should i stay in the strength phase or just go to a plyo or power phase?
I’m the next video can you do a why some people can jump high but can trick dunk ? Cause I’m literally at a cool 47 max and I can’t do shhhhh Lmaoo and I actually have good coordination I’m leaning towards don’t have enough repetitions what do you think sifu😂❤

When the goat uploads, I watch!
would be cool if we can get visuals too to see how you do these.
You’ve helped me jump so much higher still need a few inches before I can dunk though but appreciate you man
Bro, this was one of your best videos!
Great job 👏👏👏

Great knowledge drop
Question, can I do this at 13 years old, does it affect growing at all? Great video btw
It does. Im 14, done lost of research, and unless you overload too much or go too intense too soon, there will only be benefits.
Bro no,plyos and jumping in general will literally help you grow taller in every way possible especially when you're literally growing.
Man I’m stuck on 28/29” vert. I’m desperate to get to 35”
same bruh, you figured out how to get there?
Can you train both without effecting the other negatively

Guys, I have a question. Do you think, that combining: Good mornings, RDL and Nordcis in one workout is too much?

How much rest time in between workouts?
Do you ever you use max effort loaded squat jumps for two foot jump training? For example, a Super Cat machine?
