I'm glad to see your opinion on this. As someone who has cut out sugary drinks and only drinks sugar free tea for the last couple of years I've noticed my teeth aren't as white as they used to be and that has bothered me but I love my tea! Good to know this won't harm the enamel or teeth.

I'm on day 6 of whitening strips. I am noticing a significant change, they are definitely whiter than they used to be! I can't wait to see what they look like in 14 days! Only downside is I have a bit of sensitivity on the front teeth but nothing sensitive toothpaste and avoiding the cold can't fix :)

It worked really well! They aren't fully white but definitely a lot whiter! My teeth were pretty yellow so im not surprised they aren't fully white. I'm now confident to smile with my teeth in photos!
I also recommend using colgate sensitive toothpaste which really helped with the sensitivity :)

I have the same problem to a slightly lesser extent but I still feel self conscious about it :(- thin enamel, you can see through my teeth a bit at the bottom and can see the little ridges, and I'm scared whitening strips will be bad for it

How I imagine becoming a dentist/ orthodontist is like:
Month 1 and 2: Learns about dentistry or orthodontistry in general
Month 2 and 3: Learning about tools
Month 4, 5, and 6: Practicing using tools
Month 7: Learning how to deal with annoying people
For the rest of the training: Learning to distinguish words without people's mouth moving a lot and without the person using their tongue.
I imagine the most common one is: "ca I (h)allow" (Can I swallow?)
Question: ok so I'm allergic to fluoride and I'm wondering what fluoride free toothpaste you would recommend as a dentist.

Luke. Question my teeth are already sensitive to cold and hot liquids and it seems that when I bite with more pressure that they tend to hurt a little more. If I where to do the crest strips will it cause my teeth to hurt and become more sensitive?

The ones that are no longer marketed… use to be for an hour, but the damage it does to the gum line and enamel with sensitivity is what caused it to be discontinued.
Love this video, i wonder if we need to do regime avoid color for all food we take during whitening days period which quite long 14days using crest strip. As we know the rules we can only take neutral color food after teeth bleaching done by dentist.

Is there a way to get rid of staining? I went to my dentist and when I was younger I had a spot on my tooth that was basically brown for some reason. Its been xrayed checked and its perfect fine it just has one Tony corner that is a wierd brown colour. I brush and brush twice daily all my life but nothing gets rid of it! The dentist said its fine health wise but I'm just wondering cosmetically and safely can it be removed?
