      Technical: 2x3 Reps, 5 Meters, 70% Effort
      BLOCK 1: 3x3 reps, 5 meters, 90% Effort
      BLOCK 2: 3x3 reps, 10 meters 90% Effort
      BLOCK 3: 2x3 reps, 20 meters 90% effort
      Rest 3-5mins between sets during block 1-3

    I was just wondering on how i could spread my training around during the week,
    Monday Wednesday i have rugby training however it isnt until later so i usually have an 1 hour - 2 hours of spare time
    Tuesday Thursday i go gym however i don't go until later as well so i usually have a few hours to spare
    and friday is usually the day i rest before saturday
    could I do this speed sesh before my rugby training or gym days?

    I was hoping to start on this and get ready for sevens season, will there be a week 2 or is it good enough to repeat this workout for a few weeks

    Any chance you could put the reps, sets and exercises on the description, it's only up for about 2 seconds at the end of the video and by that time there are links to other videos and you can't see

      Provided you warm up well you can. But be careful if the coach has sprints in their session also
