I was just wondering on how i could spread my training around during the week, Monday Wednesday i have rugby training however it isnt until later so i usually have an 1 hour - 2 hours of spare time Tuesday Thursday i go gym however i don't go until later as well so i usually have a few hours to spare and friday is usually the day i rest before saturday could I do this speed sesh before my rugby training or gym days?

Provided you warm up well you can. But be careful if the coach has sprints in their session also
