Unfortunately I have not driven the Venza before. But looking at the specs, the Venza has more passenger and cargo space than the NX 350h. However, the NX has more power and it is rated for slightly better fuel economy numbers in the city. I would also assume that the NX has a bit more sound insulation for the cabin than the Venza but, like I said, I haven't driven the Venza yet. So, logic would dictate the Venza if you're ok with it's interior materials and build quality otherwise the NX is a pretty good value for the money too (especially if it's compared to the German rivals).
It should be premium but that depends on the automotive journalist who had this car before me; whether they put what was recommended (premium) or if they cheeped out and used regular fuel.
@@MGReviewsBlog I don’t know what Lexus was thinking when specing up the Canada versions. Parking sensors are considered as luxury for a luxury brand. It is offered in US premium package though. We got the exact car you reviewed and only thing missing is parking sensors. Your reviews are great btw👌
Yep, I did. It's a good update over the previous generation. It's the same here in Canada, pre-order to get one and hope that the dealership doesn't pull a fast one on you and charge a markup after you wait months or a year before it comes.
That brake pedal seems like it will make a lot of passengers carsick. (My mother, as well as at least one friend, would absolutely NOT be able to ride in that vehicle.)

@7:51 Odds and Ends - Is the NX350h expensive : I don't think the Premium HAS the backup parking sensors at least my doesn't have it.
You're right. Another owner pointed it out to me in another comment. I must have looked at the features in the package above the premium. My mistake.
I own the 350h premium and I am very happy with the ride, comfort and especially the 41 mpg with 87 octane and 44 mpg with 91 octane

Does 22 NX hybrid required or recommended premium? I have 2017 non hybrid and it’s required premium, but I tested with regular gas. Mpg was the same.
@@agpawpaw5912 it does not require premium. But base on what I read on line, premium produce better MPG. Whether that’s true or not I don’t know.

Neither am I but the suspension in this NX is very well tuned despite it not being adaptive.

No spare tire is a deal breaker for a SUV
Most luxury SUVs are heading in this direction. They save space and weight by replacing it with a tire fill kit.
