I've been using wild reishi for about a year now and noticed fine hair coming in. I use a dual extract topically and was taking for improved sleep. I recently learned of stinging nettles and have added that to my hair tonic and use twice a day. I'm so impressed with reishi that I probably won't sell any of my harvest but start making extracts in a big way.

Thank you for sharing. This is very strange, what I am going to share here. Today while drinking my morning cup of ginger and green tea, Stinging nettle came to my mind, I wondered what the significance was. Now I am totally convinced. Thanks again. Black seed is also considered to be very good, not to confuse it with black sesame seeds.

I used my reishi dual extract topically and saw some results so I added a few other ingrediants. Recently stinging nettles. Not huge results yet, but there is some fine growth. About 6 months in now. I use the north american variety of reishi , ganoderma tsugae , which I personally collect and process myself. Started with artist conks , then chaga which led me to reishi. 2024 is shaping up to be a great year so far.... last year zip. I'll be offering dual extracts soon publically. Tug Hill Wild Herbs.
